I was eight (8) minutes late. I was suffering from a severe sinus infection. which almost went to my brain! I made two wrong turns before arriving there. (hence why I was late) the woman at the front desk laced into me like I had just desecrated a holy object!! you would think I burnt down the Sistine Chapel or something!! I couldn't believe it!! I gave it right back to her. I said" eight minutes late and your giving me a hard time about it!! "I don't complain when I'm waiting for the doctor for half an hour in that back room! I was ready to walk out and I should have. the front staff can be very Rude and Crass. the only one thats nice is the African American lady. she wasn't there that day though. so when the doctor comes in. same thing...."we have to make this fast because you were late"" WTF eight minutes and the whole place goes up in smoke!!!! which is what happened to they're last place. unbelievable. I have been going for years. never remember it being like this. I think it has something to do with the fact they are now part of the ADVOCARE SYSTEM. which was be pretty bad to work for, if everyone is on edge because someone was eight minutes late!!! must be worse to work for than AMAZON!!!!!! if you are not a punctual person. After struggling to find parking, I arrived only a few minutes late and was immediately told, "We need to reschedule you." There was no kindness, understanding, or attempt to accommodate me--even though the waiting room was completely empty. My previous experience with Dr. Fresca was also disappointing. I found her manner unfriendly and felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Even my height was recorded incorrectly by four inches, which made me question the attention being given to my medical information. The office itself appeared unkempt, and the overall atmosphere and treatment I received felt unprofessional. I will be requesting my medical records and finding another practice. Instead, it appeared that the sterile water was injected separately without properly mixing it with the actual vaccine dose. As a parent, this was very concerning and made me question the safety and attention given during the appointment. On top of that, she misdiagnosed my baby with ringworm and told me to apply clotrimazole cream. After using it, my baby's skin became much worse and looked burned. I ended up taking him to the hospital, where we were told he actually had Nummular Eczema, not ringworm. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it comes to babies, proper diagnosis and treatment are extremely important. I hope this review encourages more caution and attention for future patients. Day before yesterday, while acutely ill with an undiagnosed respiratory infection, I sought care at their office. The physician began the diagnostic process with rapid strep and flu testing, but did not perform a 24‑hour strep culture -- a standard step when symptoms are severe or persistent. Since that visit, I have been battling a 104‑degree fever with no relief, and because I cannot take anything stronger than Tylenol, timely follow‑up care is not optional for me; it is essential. Yesterday, I contacted the office repeatedly to express worsening symptoms, discuss the need for retesting, and request guidance. Despite the seriousness of the situation -- including the fact that I live with an immunocompromised family member awaiting a kidney transplant -- the practice was unable to accommodate any follow‑up evaluation. Not a same‑day appointment. Repeated nurse callbacks happened with no solid plan of action. This is not acceptable patient care. When a medical practice cannot respond to urgent concerns during peak illness season, patients are left with two unacceptable choices: suffer at home without adequate support or seek emergency care for issues that should be manageable in an outpatient setting. Neither outcome reflects a functioning primary‑care system. Princeton Medical Group must take responsibility for addressing these gaps. That means proactively recruiting additional nursing staff and primary care physicians, expanding triage capacity, and ensuring that high‑risk patients are not left without guidance or access to care. Flu and RSV surges are predictable. Patient abandonment should not be. Several years ago my sister did three rounds of egg retrievals for me and my partner. Again, medically, everything went fine and we're happy with the results we got. But the company's ability to process logistical operations is mind numbingly absent. We were constantly given information at the last minute. There were so many preventable delays in the process. Any time I needed to ask anybody a question it felt like pulling teeth to get information and there is no point person who is overseeing everything for you. I was always calling a phone number and having to explain complicated things to a new person. Notes were rarely, if ever, taken. I once offered to buy them a notebook where they could write things down - which was laughed at, and unfortunately not a joke. At one point they referred my partner and my sister to two different genetic testing clinics and then made me fight them to comp the cost of the bill for this having to be redone because of their mistake. I could write pages and pages documenting encounters like this. This was all years ago and I somehow managed to put my anger aside and not write this review because I was just happy to be done with it. But here I am years later trying to move my eggs to a new clinic to create embryos (because over my dead body would I continue to work with this company) and they're making it just as complicated on the way out as it was on the way in. I called in this week to ask a simple question - "where are my eggs currently located and who is the contact person I can put my transport team in contact with to have them picked up?". This is apparently a difficult question for them to answer. It took three days for someone to call me back and tell me I need to schedule an appointment with a separate department in TWO MONTHS to get this information. I asked for direct contact information for somebody I could be in touch with to oversee expediting this. They had nothing to offer me. Nothing is simple here and I'm already exhausted by how hard I know I'm going to have to fight to get my own eggs out of this company's hands in the coming weeks/months. A part of me feels bad leaving one star because, again, I do think the doctors we dealt with were good. The individual people within the company are nice enough - but there is no communication between departments and individuals. It's like everything falls off into a void. The corporate structure around the medical team is one of the most incompetent and careless systems I've ever encountered. I paid too much money to be treated this way. Fertility journeys are stressful and emotional - even when you're being treated well. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to do more research before picking a clinic. I've already found a new clinic to make embryos with and have been very quickly able to confirm what I always suspected - It doesn't have to be this hard.
