This review is for the front office. The lady that sits in the front desk is beyond RUDE!!! lacks people skills I don't even want to ask her name cause she treats people like crap! I promise to change this once I see my daughter braces phase complete. I'm giving it two stars because the hours just suck here. They're not accommodating the changes CA made with local high schools hours. They start later which means they're not ending school til 3:30. Then they're taking random days off that aren't even major holidays but would be conveniently non student days and perfect for appts for parents. They have longer spots that are needed but the latest of a 2pm appt. Meaning my kid had to keep missing school. I have twins. One is at Stockdale and one is here. Stockdale def makes later appointments and it's def more accommodating. We were referred her by her general dentist and she's on the spectrum, so we went with it. dentist has already had complaints about them shifting the wrong teeth, etc also. I'm just not sold yet. The Ortho seems nice enough. The office staff seems not mean, but def not super friendly. If she comes out with beautiful teeth and the spacing for her veneers or whatever she needs for the Pegleg incisors... I'll be happy and give it more stars. read more

My daughter recently had her braces done with Dr Ehrler, and let me tell you- it was a great experience from start to finish. The office staff were all so sweet and helpful, explaining every step of the process, yet also super efficient. It was a matter of 10 min from when we walked in, to my daughters X-rays being done, to the Dr coming in and explaining her specific needs. It was so fast and efficient I was astonished. Needless to say we walked out very happy and my daughter was smiling ear to ear with her new braces. If your looking for an orthodontist- this is the office for you! read more

I am writing this review based on solely The customer service from the front desk. I should probably wait till my daughter finishes treatment however I feel compelled to write this now. We pay a lot of money for this service and I feel like they should have Someone who doesn't seem miserable with their job at the front desk. You are never greeted with a hello,or good afternoon, welcome how are you and your never dismissed with a thank you or have a good day. My daughter just left her appointment I made a payment then made an appointment for her to come back for her follow up visit and I said thank you again knowing the experience I've had up until now and was not acknowledged as I was leaving once again. I picked this office solely on the word-of-mouth that I've heard of the doctor but if I was just somebody coming in off the street judging by anything else I would've left and never looked back. Sue does a wonderful job at making you feel like you are just another dollar. They need patients more than we need that office there are plenty of orthodontic offices that provide exceptional customer friendly service. Dr. E seems to Always be nice responsive and much more friendlier Although I never speak to him when he sees my daughter for her visits. We spoke once on consultation I am never updated with the progress and I think that is something that should be done giving my daughter is only 12.So far I am happy with the progress of my daughters treatment. read more

At first I really liked this place because I felt so welcomed. Then again businesses are always nicer when they want your business. However the Dr was very nice every time, but when I first got my clear aligners they didn't scan them right and they literally made my jaw crooked. I complained and they told me to stick it out until my next time then they would scan my teeth to refit them to my teeth. I didn't realize that would have cause my back teeth to chip and break since the aligners were not allowing me to bite down on one side, making my Vite too high on one side. I had to pay for that at a general dentist. Then, I am thinking everything is okay, (although I did have to tell the dr where my teeth were still crooked at after a year of treatment.) fast forward. I get a call that my insurance expired back in Oct -it's now Feb. so I had several apps in the mean time. Was never told anything And now I have a balance due because someone did not do their due diligence to check eligibility each time I had an appointment. Yes I know the insurance is what caused it, but had someone checked and told me sooner I would have been able to take care of it and figured something out And now I'm also responsible for the remainder of my treatment. I wouldn't recommend this place to be honest. Their only response when I asked why they didn't call sooner was "its your insurance's fault. NO. It's lack of responsibility and due diligence. read more

I was scheduled for a consultation when I called to verify the time I was notified that it would be a waste of time if I went in because the doctor would not be in and that he would be in until the following week. So one they don't do curtesy reminder calls like all other offices and two they schedule consultations when the doctor is not even in. very disappointed. read more

Very nice Dr, but I had two prior opinions that said they could not fix my daughters teeth. My 3rd opinion was Dr Ehrler that told me he can, after I spent thousands on my daughters braces her teeth are still not fixed! Appointments were not accommodating, they like to schedule during kids school hours. It's always a hassle to get late appointments. If you do they are far out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will go elsewhere for my 2nd daughters braces. Don't waste your time especially money! read more

Dr. Ehrler and his staff are very kind. He did an amazing job on my daughter's teeth. Also, I had to get braces for a second time on my bottom teeth because I didn't wear my retainers like my previous orthodontist told me too. So, Dr. Ehrler gave me a few options to correct the problem. I chose to wear them inside of my teeth instead of outside and it didn't take long for my teeth to straighten out. Dr. Todd Ehrler does excellent work and he's very reasonable. read more
