My sister came her first and she was so happy and then my parents started coming to this office too and i kept on hearing great feedback so i gave it a try and am super relieved. I did a root canal, deep cleaning and some fillings and surprisingly am not postponing anymore just cz of how comfortable they make me feel. At first i used to take oragel with me so that i numb my gum to limit the pain but now no more i don't even numb anything cz of how good the doctors are. I recommend them to my aunt and uncle and now the whole family comes here. I have pretty sensitive teeth so I'm not too fond of the ultrasonic water scaling and didn't know hand scaling was even an option but she asked and I took that route. It's the first time I walk out of the dentist with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Teresa also went out of her way to take a picture of a tooth that might need some preventative care which I appreciated. Highly recommend asking for her if you're in need of a 6 month cleaning :)

What kind of person would examine someone teeth who just came in for a…read morecleaning, and then proceed to tell them they have gum disease, receding gums, 5 cavities, and harmful abfractions, and are in need for a deep cleaning? Then tell them we are going to charge you to fix all these problems all the while none of these things were true. How does a "Medical Professional with a license" get away with wanting to cause unnecessary pain to a patient just to make a buck and make an insurance claim? This is some dark and evil stuff. I knew I was being scammed right away because I am 43 years old and have never had a cavity. What kind of "Doctor" would drill into someone's perfectly healthy cavity free teeth just to make a buck? The answer to all these question is this Dentist and Office would do all these things! I was livid leaving this office with a quote for $2,500 when I knew I was being scammed. So I called my childhood Dentist to get a second opinion, who examined my teeth and gums, did not find one cavity or sign of gum disease. The just gave me a normal cleaning and confirmed what I had suspected, that these fraudsters were trying to take advantage of me. Well they messed with the wrong person... they have probably scammed many people before me and will probably continue to scam people after me, but maybe this review will be enough to warn people NOT to come here. One top of having the audacity to try to scam me, they wanted to charge me $35 to release my x-ray images to me. I am definitely going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. The office informed me that a prescription had been sent to Kaiser. After multiple calls to Kaiser, I was repeatedly told that no prescription had been received. I contacted the office several times and explained the problem. After two weeks of going back and forth while dealing with an infection, I became frustrated and told them over the phone that if I had to come to the office in person, I would be even more upset because nobody seemed to be addressing the issue. I ended up driving to the office twice trying to get the prescription resolved. When I spoke with Mike, instead of helping fix the problem, he told me, "Why don't you go get it in Tijuana?" I was shocked by that response. I had already been seen by their office, and I was simply trying to obtain the prescription that I had been told was sent weeks earlier. What made the situation even more upsetting was that when I mentioned I would be leaving a Yelp review about my experience, Mike immediately responded by saying he would report me to Medi-Cal. I told him, "Go ahead." I found that response inappropriate and upsetting. Patients should be able to share honest feedback about their experiences without feeling threatened. I fully acknowledge that I was frustrated. However, after two weeks of trying to obtain a prescription for an infection, multiple phone calls, and two trips to the office, I believe my frustration was understandable. If after so many attempts who would not be upset. So how many patients have you lied about because they report the service and threats. And yes I will go to a dentist in Tijuana thanks. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, dismissive attitude, and threats in response to criticism made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a healthcare setting.
