horrible experience in this area located in S Kirkwood Rd, they charge to much, and the job does not get done correctly. the manager or owner has a horrible attitude towards customer, he doesn't let you talk, he doesn't accept when you are trying to explain the problem after they did the job. don't spend your money there. I hardly ever leave reviews but I do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. this man robbed me of my money, said he fixed my transmission, the two opportunities I gave him and didn't. He had my car for three months. I had to pay for a rental to get to work and take my son to school.... I picked my car up worse than when I left it. I ended up having to sell it for scraps after he was done with it. Terrible communication skills, will charge you for work you didn't agree on. Took my car to get fixed here because it's the closest to my home. He looked at it and said it was the transmission. He supposedly fixed it. Then we brought it back because it was running weird, he said it needs an aliment to leave it there and he would do it for free. After waiting two weeks for an aliment m. When I went to pick it up there wasn't room for me to park in. As I was waiting for one of the customers to back out he came and started yelling at me and my husband got upset and confronted him. We wanted just an ailment, he had my car for two weeks and instead fixed some of the motor clamps and the owner got mad when we asked why he replaced them when that isn't what we wanted done, oh and he never did the aliment he said his machine was broken. In a random conversation, my friend told me about Eid Car Care. I drive a 1998 Avalon. Great sedan, but parts for it are getting scarce. I think I'm supposed to want an EV and a car note; however, I don't want either. This '98 is metal where today's vehicles are plastic. In other words, if you hit her, she'll hit you back harder. I said all that to say, I recently got into an accident and no one could find the parts I needed or do the work I needed done. I remembered my friend sending me Eid's e-card. I called him and all I heard from Eid after that was, "Don't worry." "I can do it for you." "It'll be pretty." Generally, when people tell me not to worry, they're full of it and the odds are high I'm prolly gonna need to double down on worry. Not Eid. When he says don't worry, DON'T! It took him one week to acquire/replace/repair/paint/recalibrate/etc. EVERYTHING! Something else I observed at the shop, everybody was happy...mechanics, customers, Eid, everybody! The work is spectacular, the prices are way reasonable. He could've charged me a lot more, but I'm not complaining, about that either. Eid is the real deal! read more

I have a a BMW 328i I have been going here for years for all my regular maintenance and I always receive the best customer service with services done in a timely manner! The family is absolutely amazing to deal with! This year I had to go in there for a motor swap because well my car is old and over worked for a bmw....anyway RAMEY completed the job perfectly and It was complete before the week was up! Took my car there to do a repair on a MAJOR OIL LEAK, and I do mean MAJOR. A quart in 3 days leak..Definitely not normal at all. Eid got it going replacing what was needed. However since the car has close to 200,000 miles on it something else started to leak oil, (as do things that man makes). When I took it back to get the leak fixed again, he took ownership of the problem. Not like most repair shops would have acted like they are pushing the blame for the re leak onto me. He took his time to assure were is the leak coming from. And he fixed it and now I am happy. I highly recommend his auto repair services, since he is fair priced and he could have charged me for the 2nd time in repairing my oil leak at the rate he did for the first repair, (which turned out to be 2 different problems). But he did not. He was fair as fair could be. read more

Extremely reasonable prices, reliable work and definitely the only mechanic I'll ever take my car to. Owned and run by a family, he will even show you the receipt of all the parts he ordered. Even though he has a lot of cars in the lot he will get to your car soon. Does normally request a day with your car because of being over packed but thats what happens when your a good mechanic with very low labor costs!! Don't know how much I would trust a mechanic who can't get a simple oil change right. I took my Acura MDX for an oil change, everything went fine. Later noticed my car was leaking oil, I figured it was something else that may be leaking. Took it to a dealership to find out that the drain plug to the oil pan was not tightened properly and that is what was leaking. Thankfully the dealership did not charge me the diagnosis which would have been expensive, all they charged me was the oil change and basically to properly tighten the drain plug. Not going back there ever again. read more

This is a mom and pop type car place. Not fancy and seems a bit overloaded with cars, but my family members from aunts, uncles, grandmothers, etc go here because we just think Eid's prices are super reasonable. He goes out of his way to take care of you and as a woman it's great to find a mechanic that I can actually trust. He's fixed my car(and others) for free on a few occasions that only required a quick fix and he's far more reasonable than going to a dealership. He never ever recommends anything but what is necessary (i.e. to get your car running!). He's got a great reputation and he's been around for so long he know lots of people and they know him. Not sure what else to say other than I drive a old car that routinely needs things done and he keeps it running on the cheap. Just recently, I had my car brake down (Alternator). I had to wait FOUR hours to get a tow. Who stayed after hours to make she I arrived safely? He's said he wouldn't leave until I got there, safely. This is just how nice he is. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and does not tell you things need fixed that do not.
