This was SUCH a DISAPPOINTING appointment. I'd heard good things and read some good reviews, so I was really looking forward to my mani/pedi. Regarding my pedicure, I'll let my photos speak for themselves. DO take a moment to zoom in on the horror. From over-cut nails, uneven filing and miserable "cuticle care" to UNSPEAKABLY messy polish... which I had to entirely re-do when I got home. I still can't believe I had to pay for this. As for my manicure, I asked for "dip" but Tony decided I should have gel. When I objected, he got very defensive. It was late so I gave in. AGAIN, uneven filing, no cuticle care whatsoever, and the polish has weird lumps in it. $80 poorer, this is the third salon I've visited since moving to the area and by FAR the absolute worst. read more

At first I was pleased with heir service, but when not 1, not 2, but 4 nails started flaking off, I went back the next morning! Kevin is the best. Everyone was so friendly and nails were done beautifully. Complimentary drinks as well.

We asked for the minimum service, just a pedicure. For three the total should have been $90 but we were charged $150.00. While the owner was entertaining, we certainly didn't expect to pay an additional $60.00 for his jokes. read more

The past few months Kevin has been manager at Eiffel Nails and I haven't had a better experience anywhere else. I was a loyal customer at Deluxe nails but when I realized all of my favorite people were gone I received a message saying they all moved to Eiffel! I was beyond happy walking in to see all familiar faces. Everyone there is so nice and caring. The environment they create for their customers is amazing. Went in two weeks ago and paid 100$ for a gel nail pedicure. Polish is already chipping and the massage was awful. I paid for the 80$ pedi it's supposed to come with a longer massage. My massage was rushed and not what I paid for. I use to really like this place. Vivian has done an amazing job on my manicures before. But Kevin did my pedicure and it was a waste of money. They were super friendly and did an overall good job, but I paid for a more expensive pedicure as to get a longer, more thorough massage and it seemed rushed. She placed my feet in the wax without making sure it wasn't too hot, which it was a bit hot for my liking, and the same with the hot stones. They were busy but I felt rushed, instead of relaxed. Probably the WORST experience I've ever had at any salon. Me & my friend went on 2/24/2022 for two "Gift Pedicures". From the first second we walked in, the one man in there doing nails says "oh you called last minute". He says this as there is ONE person in there, he is doing her nails... so right away I just assumed it was going to be an experience. So we get asked to pick which pedicure & which colors we want. Normal. We go sit down. I'm just chatting with my friend about how I haven't had a pedicure in over 2 years- the young lady with orange-ish hair doing my pedicure says "I can tell". With this ugly look on her face. Like yes I know my feet were a little rough. But I'm sure they've seen worse. So i ignore her remark & continue with my conversation. I go on to say "Ya know I used to keep my toes & nails done" & again she says "Wish you still did". - again I just ignored her. She finished my pedicure in about 30 minutes total. Gets up, & walks away and sits on the floor and gets on her phone. The lady doing my friends pedicure had to put the foam slippers on & take me to the dryer.. they left us to sit under the dryer for about 20 minutes. We finally got up and the girl who did my pedicure notices us so we ask to pay. It wasn't expensive, only $48 with the 5% cash discount. Nonetheless, I tipped her well. Because maybe she was having a bad day. But I couldn't stop thinking about the other people she has probably made feel as bad as I did. For the first time going to get my toes done in 2 years, I have very disappointed & would have been humiliated had we not been the ONLY people in there in the middle of the day.. read more

The WORST pedicure I ever had in my life!!! So painful! Burned me. Didn't CLEAN my nail, had to show them. Awful paint job too. Painted my big toe sideways. I bought the most expensive pedicure hoping and wishing for a relaxing event. That did not happen! Hurt...hurt...HURT!!! read more

Best place in town hands down! From the second you walk in the door, their customer service is outstanding. They really take their time and make it a super relaxing experience matter what service you are getting. Vivian took the time to get all of the excess polish/powder from under my nails and around the corners, which I haven't noticed of other places. All around amazing place! read more

She did a great job on my nails. I got a fill from a horrible full set at another salon. She shaved down my nails and gave me a fill, then painted over with some OPI Polish. It was a great manicure. The only complaint I have is she hurt both of my pinky nails. She was kind of aggressive with the shaver thing and made my finger bleed. She apologized, and overall it was a fast, great job and not too pricy. read more

Great job on my pedicure by Nancy! I was a walk-in and was greeted promptly. Although she did try to upsell me, I declined and had the regular pedicure. The calf and foot massage was a nice bonus! I opted to add the flowers on my toes, so the whole thing was $30. I will return! read more

Genuinely disappointed. Came in for a gel fill, and the guy didn't do great. The nail polish is bubbly, the sides of the nails are jagged and they are so thick. When I tried to ask questions he didn't respond to me... not the worst I've ever had but definitely not the best. WORST experience EVER! I left here in tears and will NEVER return! I made an appointment for an eyebrow and lip wax. I specifically made the appointment so the beautician WOULD NOT BE RUSHED. I came in and all the staff were busy doing pedicures. One beautician jumped up to take me while doing a pedicure and took me to a back room. She was scurrying around the room and was obviously in a HUGE hurry. I have received successful waxes for years and knew the protocol. I could feel she was leaving vast amounts of hair. I kept mentioning that I had gotten threaded for many years previous. Also, we just moved to the area and I could only find waxing salons. (REMEMBER THIS) She did not shape my eyebrows and was literally doing the bare minimum. She was in such a hurry in the 10 minutes that she allotted to my appointment- that while doing my eyebrows, she SPILLED WAX ON MY EYELASHES AND CLOSED EYE! She offered NO APOLOGIES and spent MOST of my appointment trying to PICK THE WAX OFF! It tugged and pulled my eyelashes and DID NOTHING! She told me "Not to worry about it." She went on to do my lip and started at the middle and did not even get the sides of my upper lip! She then told me "You are Done." I looked in the mirror in that dark room- NOT EVEN A LAMP LIGHT! It was sooo dim that I'm not sure how she could see what she was doing and it was obvious NOW that she COULD NOT because there were lots of thick hair that I pointed out to her and she pulled out tweezers and plucked them while I was standing up with my purse in hand. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT AT HOME! I asked her why she did not shape them and she told me that she did but my eyebrows are literally uneven right now! I also felt thick hair on my upper lip on the sides that she did not even wax. I made sure to tell her that I made an appointment so she was not rushed and I felt she was rushed to the whole time to get back to the pedicure on another patron. She laughed and said she was not rushed. I was almost in tears and clearly unhappy and did not ask me any questions on her service. My eyelashes were stuck together in a huge CLUMP covered in wax. As I was leaving to pay- I saw on their business cards that they OFFER THREADING!!! I would NEVER trust them to thread me ANYWHERE on my face but I was in SHOCK that they thread and she did not mention it to me or try to sell it to me ONE TIME after I continuously made comments about it during our session. OBVIOUSLY SHE JUST WANTED TO RUSH ME IN AND OUT AND GET BACK TO HER PEDICURE! I paid $13.00 for a TRAUMATIC waxing experience in Granbury, Texas and WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I could barely see driving home because the wax had dried and fused all my lashes together on my right eye. I had to use my daughter's eczema oil on my eyelashes when I got home to take the wax off and quite a few lashes came off with it! VERY DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Unfortunate for them because I would have been a loyal customer and I require up-keep every 2 weeks. STAY AWAY!!! read more

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ! Thought I'd give a new salon a try and WOW was it a BIG MISTAKE ! This place is filthy, the employees are robotic and simply do not care about quality workmanship. Eyebrow wax resulted in a chunk of skin being RIPPED OFF the center of my EYELID ! Topcoat applied on toes changed the nail color from a nice deep, rich, burgundy to a glowing, shimmery purple so toes DID NOT MATCH fingernails. Fingernails are filed and shaped slanted and crooked. Do yourself a favor and IGNORE the "sale" banner on the front of the building. You definitely get what you pay for in this case. There are plenty of other nail salons in this town that do a MUCH BETTER job. read more
