I had dinner at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant and I followed it up with a trip up the tower itself. It was just after Paris Las Vegas opeend that I first went up the tower. That was during the day and I liked the view a lot. Now with the chance to go at night when it wasn't crowded wasn't something I was going to pass up. They have a locals special of 2 tickets for $17. Since I was alone, they gave me a ticket good for the other ride and also good for up to a year. Now I'll go back sometime during the day and see the city that way. There weren't many people at the top, but those that were there congregated at the side facing the Bellagio. They were waiting for the next fountain show to get photos. I didn't want to stand there and just wait and eventually I got to the opening in the fence to take some photos and then move on. I spent a lot of time just looking at the lights in all directions. It's especially nice to see the High Roller at the Linq which always gets my attention when I'm driving when I can see it. I'd recommend this tower ride and view to any tourist visiting our fair city! read more

We spent about an hour up here taking in the sights around town and it was simply amazing. It's half the price of the high roller with a way better view. Also if you go right at 3 pm you can see the first fountain show at the Bellagio and also get the benefit of a reduced admission price. The top of the Eiffel is not very large, so it can get a little crowded at busier times, however crowds seem to rotate pretty often. If you have a chance to take a tour with Verne, do it! He is awesome and the most gracious host. He challenges guests to ask any random fact about Vegas and he will give you an answer. He is quite knowledgeable about the Paris Eiffel Tower and Vegas in general. His presence was quite memorable and helped to make this experience more exciting. There are a few helpful tips to keep in mind when visiting this attraction. Upon purchasing tickets, ask if they are offering any other specials. We were able to purchase High Roller tickets at the Eiffel Tower box office for only $15.00 as opposed to the higher priced ones being offered down the road. Also you can request an iPad which displays the current view of the real Eiffel in Paris France. It is cool to use, but looses its luster after the first 2 or 3 minutes. After that time frame, it just became dead weight. All in all, this has to be one of the best views in Vegas and is worth the fee of admission. read more

I went up during the day ($10 during day, $12 at night). It was super busy so the wait ended up being about 45 minutes, but I liked it up there and ended up staying a bit longer than the rest of my elevator group. The wind felt good on my face and I got a few nice pictures of the Strip (and the traffic on the Strip....). I've been here twice- once at daytime and the other at night (part two of my first date with my husband, back in January 2004). It's a different experience at both times but sweeping views either way. During the daytime, I remember seeing my alma mater, UNLV. Of course, the experience is a thousand times more romantic when it's seen at night (especially with the right person). The Strip looks its best at night, in all its neon lighted glory (am I right?). One of the four best places to see the views (Stratosphere, The Foundation Room, The VooDoo Lounge). This is a half scale replica of the original one in Paris. I recommend seeing the view from both times (if you can swing it)- it really is a different experience at each time. There is a coupon in the Vegas.com magazine available at casinos all over (picked up at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood). It's... it's a phallic shaped hunk of scrap metal created to show off France's mad tower-making skills in the 1889 World's Fair in Paris. And when you're done inside the hunk of metal in Paris, it's just rude people trying to sell overpriced souvenirs. While this is a 1/2 scale replica, it's a reminder of the class and ambiance this city has to offer. The viewing experience begins with the interior of the hotel. The surrounding area and ceilings are painted to match the city of Paris. Ooh la la, the views from the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck sure are nice. Overall my experience left a bit to be desired, but I do think this is something people should try once weather they are visitors or residents of Las Vegas. Ticket prices are dictated by time of day, starting at $16 per person or $22 per person for night (after 6 pm) plus taxes/fees. You can also upgrade to an express pass to skip the line. Las Vegas locals with ID can take advantage of a buy one, get one free offer. There are Groupon deals often as well. I managed to score a pair for tickets for $17.50. My visit was on a Wednesday around 6:30 pm. I had no wait at all to swap my Groupon voucher for actual tickets, and the wait to get into the elevator was very minimal. You can take drinks with you, but be sure to use the restroom before you head up as there is not one at the top. The actual viewing area is rather small and the protective metal fencing limits the views a bit. There are small openings to take unobstructed photos through, but you may have to wait around a bit to use the ones with the best view of the Bellagio Fountains. The good news is you can stay on the deck as long as you like. Keep in mind that the deck will close due to weather, and not just rain but excessive wind/dust as well according to the employee that escorted us to the top. The evening I went had rain in the forecast and it did start to sprinkle just as we were leaving. When you are finished taking in the views from the Deck, you cross a bridge and go by the locks of love before heading to the souvenir shop to purchase photos or other trinkets. The employees here were not very friendly and were unable to find the photos that we had taken before getting in the elevator, and we were unable to stay to retake them. Totally worth the price of admission! I can't believe I haven't done it before this last trip to Vegas! My hubby and I got a coupon for 2 for 1 admission ($10ish total - score!) and decided we would give it a go before our show Friday night. It was 5:30P when we made our way up, but night had fallen already and we got the good view of night lights of the Vegas strip. As an added bonus, we got up to the top seconds before the Bellagio Fountain show. It was AMAZING from up top. It added so much to the whole experience. There was a line, since they can only take so many people up at a time, however it didn't take long. Everyone seemed to easily move around up top without being crammed in and they have a safety grate to keep everyone in (for those who are afraid of heights). I've been to the Eiffel Tower .... at Las Vegas Blvd. lol I really want to see and go up to the observation deck of one of the 7 wonders of the world ... in Paris of course (not the Hotel and Casino) lol but this will do for now :-). I know the real Eiffel is 2x higher and probably 4x colder in winter time. But this will do. .... for now:-) You see since me and my wife have been coming here, this was one of the place that's always catch my eyes. The neon lights that goes along with it at night (I remember I was pretty much captivated my first time in Vegas). Been wanting to go up the observation deck as well. My wife have been to the real one in Paris France but for now this is as close as I can. After we got our tickets, they directed us towards the elevators... but in true Vegas ( tourist style) fashion, we were stop to take a few pictures. (We like how it came out). We went up to the observation deck , it's about more than 500 feet up from the strip. It was pretty windy up there and in January, it was cold. We were told that we can stay as long as we can but the area was not very big (observation deck). We only stayed for about maybe 1/2 hour because there's only so much you can see and take photos with. I only went here for the Eiffel Tower Experience. It was a pretty easy process to order the tickets and actually very inexpensive if you're looking for attractions in Las Vegas. There was a relatively short wait in line while you wait for one of the elevators to come down. They try to get you to take the obligatory staged photo in front of a background they've generated but you don't have to do it if you don't want. Then you cram into a glass elevator where about 10-20 people can fit. It's a tight fit so leave your big bags in your hotel room or maybe in the trunk of your car. If you get claustrophobic, the journey up in the elevator as well as the tight quarters around the perimeter of the toward might have you feeling a little farklempt. This goes for people who are afraid of heights as well. I give you a hand clap if you attempt to go if you ail from one of the previously mentioned issues, because I will admit that half way up when you can see the grounds below through the glass of the elevator, my heart dropped a little. Anyway, we made it up to the top. The tower is actually 1/2 the size of the real Eiffel Tower and an exact replica down to the blueprints per the nice lady who road up in the elevator with us. Now, the view is actually really worth the price. It's obviously contained but it's a reasonable 360 degree view of the Vegas area. It's really neat to see all the cars and lights up and down The Strip and if you time it right, you can catch the Fountains at Bellagio which is really magical. You can stay as long as you like so there is no rush to go down. They keep tabs on how many people are up there for capacity limits and can bring an extra elevator up if it gets too crowded. I got 2 free tickets to go and ride the cramped elevator up the Eiffel Tower at the Paris. It was completely worth it since I didn't have to pay a dime. If I had to pay the $10 dollars, I don't think it would have been so great. So, definitely look for the coupons! On nights that it is busy, I can only imagine the wait being really long since they can only fit a few people in the elevators at a time. Once you get up there, depending on the season, it can be freaken hot! We were up there around 7:15pm and it was still dry heat. After a quick look of the strip and the lights, I was ready to go back down. Then, it was another wait in an unorganized line to ride the same small elevator down. This is just one of those things that you do once, and never need to do it again. Oh, and I saw a few people that didn't realize they had a fear of heights until they got up there. Chicago has the Sears Tower, Seattle has the Space Needle and Vegas has it's Eiffel Tower. I had forgot about this observation deck until I at the Paris Casino and see an advertisement so what the heck. The next morning, I was at the ticket booth shortly before 10am, paid the $17 fee. I was lucky to catch the next tour. Tours are every 15 - 20 minutes. While heading to the elevator, information regarding the tower is hanging on the wall for your reading, Of course, right before the elevator, the photographer is there to snap your picture. Once in the elevator, the operator tells the group about the building and the stats of the tower. The guide was very impersonal. Once at the top of the open air tower, you are greeted by another guide. She was there to answer any questions you may have. The views of the city was incredible. I will say it was a little difficult to get great pictures due to the wire. I bet the views at night would also be spectacular. About 20 minutes, I was ready to go onto my next destination. However, I would prefer to go at night because the lights of the city would be beautiful to see from up there. The view of the strip is great from up there. The wait time just felt too much. First, we had to wait to have the tickets verified at the counter since we bought it on Groupon. And later, waited in the queue to get into the elevator which was moving just very slow! There isn't any time limit on how much time you get to spend up there so that is the reason for the delay. This goes without saying that the best time to go up on the deck is during the night times when the whole of Las Vegas is lit up with beautiful lights. You get a nice view of the Bellagio fountain and is a great spot to snap some pictures. My only issue was the close grid they had all over the place. I know it is for safety reasons but it just made it harder to take pictures. They do have small windows through which you could take pictures from your phone but still a tad inconvenient. It would have been rather nice if they had some sort of strong and thick glass instead of the metal grid so photography would be easy! read more

Such a great aerial view of the Bellagio fountains! The viewing deck is open air, so bring a jacket because it'll be a bit nippy. Purchase your tickets on the ground floor in the casino, then you'll be directed upstairs. Tickets were $25 per adult. Now you're in the line to take a a souvenir photo while you wait for the Eiffel Tower elevator. They have you take several photos in front of a green screen and then send you on your way to the elevator. Once you're in the elevator, it is an odd shape, it's kinda like a triangle. Anyway, as you're in the elevator going up to the top you have a partial view of outside. The tower is about half the size of the original one in Paris so you're going up more than 40 stories. Very cool. Once you're at the top you can walk around the viewing deck to find a nice spot to see the view. The viewing deck is basically a wrap-around balcony. It's not completely open air. If it rains you'll definitely get wet. But the deck has a sort of fencing so you can't stick your hands out and fall. If you wanna take pics you can go really close to the fence and hold your phone up to one of the tiny openings. It's a nice view once you get up there. After you're done admiring the view, a staff member will take a group of people down the elevator. Souvenir photos can be viewed and purchased in the gift shop. I believe the photos were around $50 for 3 photos. You get two photos in a black sleeve and then one photo in a novelty Paris frame. It's an actual plastic frame too, with a leg thingy so you can prop your picture frame up. read more

The Bellagio fountains came on right when we got up there so that was a nice touch as well. It's pretty cold during the winter so make sure you dress accordingly.
