Overall, my best friend and I had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful. Russell assisted us throughout our experience. They have a cute banana scavenger hunt challenge to earn 10 minutes of axe throwing. I also noticed they take donations for their smash room, which I think is neat. We visited the location on a Monday! They have $75/per person offer on Mondays to enjoy 2 activities. We chose the smash room and axe throwing, but they also have a paint room option. I have gone axe throwing before, but I like the axe throwing better at this location because they offer a variety of games to play with your group. We played and enjoyed the zombie game the most. The only reason I gave the experience 4 stars and not 5 stars is because I wish we could have thrown items against the walls in the smash room, but we were confined to the table in the center. Such a fun spot. Hosted a birthday party here & it was a blast. The lounge was set up already for us with some birthday decorations which was a really nice surprise! Sin City Smash is incredible! You'll find them at Town Square Las Vegas near PopStroke, right next to The Pottery Shop. They offer different kinds of activities such as axe throwing, smash room, splatter paint, and there's also one for date night. I chose the Splatter Paint Room ($39), which is super fun and relaxing! It includes a 9 x 12 canvas, 3 standard paints, paintbrushes, and a splatter gear with safety goggles, apron, and booties. They do offer a full-paint suit for an additional fee. The experience is 30 minutes of throwing and splashing paint on a canvas, in a black light room. I love how the paint shines and glow brightly! It's like making an abstract masterpiece, which is so cool! After painting, they have a box for the canvas to take home, and it makes for a great keepsake and memorable souvenir! If you go on Wednesday, there's an option to go green at a discounted price, and you paint on previously loved canvases. WOW!!! Talk about a memorable experience that I will never forget!!! My boyfriend and I are about to mark four years of dating and Sin City Smash was a fun place to go to for our anniversary weekend! I had some friends that went to one of these a couple of years back and I've been wanting to try this activity ever since. This is something I haven't done before and I wanted to check it off my bucket list. I did a little research on them online and they had an anniversary package available, which was $169 for two people. The package provided 15 minutes of smashing and 30 minutes of axe throwing - 45 minutes of fun. We were required to sign a waiver form online and give out our shoe and shirt sizes prior to participating. We parked near TJ Maxx because it was a very quick walk to and back. I booked our reservation for later in the night due to the excessive heat warning that was issued this week. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 8:00pm reservation, where we were given a safety briefing and a complimentary locker to store our stuff in. After putting on our safety gear, we were guided to a separate private room with a table in the center. On the table was a printer, two computer monitors, multiple plates, a vase, and fake glass flowers. We got to smash these with a crowbar and a baseball bat. When I smashed that printer to pieces, I felt like I was in that scene in the movie Office Space. The soundtrack that we picked, called rage rock, made the entire experience way more eventful. One of the computer monitors was very difficult to break. No matter how hard we smashed it, it just wouldn't break, but eventually it did. After our time was up, we were given a complimentary bottle of water and to rest off for a few minutes. We were sweating like crazy! After our quick break, we moved along to the axe throwing session. Not only we were given an axe to throw, but we were also given a throwing star (aka shuriken). They had a few throwing games to choose from, like Connect Four and Tic Tac Toe. We also chose our custom names - me being "Axe-ccident" and my boyfriend being "Axe-hole". My boyfriend being the stronger one, he scored way more than me, haha. A last min anniversary gift my wife and I chose to spend some time letting off some steam! 15 mins doesn't seem like a long time until,your swinging Negans bat for 10 mins! We destroyed some old printers monitors and some glass things and felt relieved after I'd definitely do it again. Axe throwing was fun they had games like tic tac toe, duck hunt, and a few others. Clean environment very convenient location in Town Square. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love how ax throwing has changed it's not just throwing it at a painted log here. They have interactive games that are projected on a large square of wood. We there for an hour and did not try all the games that could have been projected. You could also rent throwing stars and knives as well. Prices were a little expensive I thought. Also they don't sell alcohol here which IMO is smart since your are throwing sharp bladed objects. Really fun concept really cute idea but the execution was not up to par. I came here for my daughter's 13th birthday. I even paid 20$extra for a birthday theme. Literally they put up 5 balloons and a 99cent store happy birthday banner.. The room was a decent size with a table full of like wine glasses. After the first hit literally everything was smashed. I booked a smash room for one because I just found out my husband has been unfaithful during the majority of our relationship (goodbye, 20+ years). It has completely destroyed me, and I needed to find an outlet to get out the anger, hurt, and devastation I was feeling, because expensive talking-heads therapy just wasn't cutting it. I researched Yelp and found Sin City Smash, and let me tell you: this was the best therapy in the world! It doesn't come cheap, but my experience was worth every penny. I opted for the Signature Smash for One ($59) that gave me a too-short 15 minutes in the room. My table had a lot of beer bottles, a few liquor bottles, a VHS tape, a computer printer, a flat screen computer monitor, keyboard, a few skeet pucks, and a couple of DVDs. At first it didn't look like much to smash, but there was plenty of stuff! I wish there had been more glass bottles, as those were super fun. For the price, I think there should've been a few more items on my table. I checked in early for my reservation time, and the friendly employees got everything in order and they were able to take me right on back. Pro tip: fill out the waiver online BEFORE you arrive, it saves time and is so easy. I was encouraged to stretch, directed towards a free locker to stash my bag in, and was given a safety briefing and a pair of coveralls, shoe covers, goggles, a hard hat with visor and earmuffs, and gloves to put on. (I wore a pair of bulky Doc Martens boots to protect my feet, but it was difficult to get them through the small pants legs, and the shoe covers were hard to put on and take off as well -- you may want to wear non-bulky footwear if you can). Once I was dressed, I was shown to my room. I was able to pick a soundtrack to smash to, and they had everything from rap to classical and beyond. I wanted something super angry, so I went with "rage rock." It was perfect. The timer was set, and off I went to smashin'! I started with the liquor and beer bottles, which were oh-so-fun. I hit them like a professional MLB baseball player and watched them fly! There were some dvds (yawn) and a VHS tape (which was really fun to smash), but the stars of the show were the computer printer, computer monitor, and keyboard! The room had soft baseball bats that were easy to swing and not too heavy. I also had a sledgehammer that was perfect for extra heavy duty smashing. I got the hang of it very quickly, and I would whack the items so hard that they'd end up across the room. You can pick up larger pieces and put them back on the table and smash them again. One good swing of the hefty sledgehammer and all those keyboard keys went flying! It. Was. AWESOME! I would probably upgrade to the better weapons package (called the Ultimate Weapons Upgrade, $20 more) because you get a variety of fun things to choose from (check out their website) to wield. I never got tired of the bat and the sledgehammer however, and I would frequently swap one out for the other. You can really get a feel for which weapon does the most damage to which items. I used both the bat and the sledgehammer on the printer, and it was phenomenal. One cool thing is that before I went in the room, the guy working the desk gave me a skeet puck and a sharpie, and said that usually when there's a woman there alone, she has a name she may want to write on the puck and then smash it all to heck. Yep, he was right! I scribbled He Who Shall Not Be Named on that puck and smashed the ever living heck out of it. THAT was the best of all. The room is soundproof and private, so you can smash in peace. There's a small window, but nobody was looking in it. I added in some primal screams and a few good obscenities as I screamed and cursed my likely soon-to-be ex-husband's name. This is a very female-friendly business, and I highly recommend it for women in similar situations as me. I'm telling you, this helped me in such a different way than traditional coping methods have. I had plenty to smash and not enough time. How I would've loved another 10 minutes (I booked the 15 minute package), but it was quite the workout. Appointments are by reservation only. Afterwards, I took off my gear and was given a bottle of cold water and was encouraged to hang out a bit to let the adrenaline wear off. I felt really strange after this experience, I was so amped up and hyper, and I needed some time to cool down. I was super sweaty, too. You really get worked up, and my emotions were all over the place. When I got in my car, I just sat behind the wheel and screamed as loud as I could. I did it again. I felt good. I felt relieved. Then I just started sobbing uncontrollably. Then I screamed again. Then I felt a lot better. This is serious therapy! If Sin City Smash had a monthly smash program, I'd probably sign up. This was a fun and satisfying experience, and it's a really effective and cool outlet to get out all those feelings that you have bottled up inside. read more

This place was pretty small, I thought it would be bigger. It was a cool place, the worker told me people come here for divorces, bachelor parties, breakups, it's pretty interesting! 10 minutes would've been more than enough time, but I got the signature package. Anyways, most comments don't go into details on the process, here's how it goes: You buy your tickets online, sign your waivers and your sizes (for your suits, gloves, etc) via email, then go into the location and check in at the front. After you check in, the front desk will get your items ready in a separate space, almost like a little back room area. No curtain, just in an open space. You might need to wait on the couches for a few minutes. After the front desk calls you over, you'll get into your suits, helmets, gloves, etc. Might take 5-10 minutes. If you booked your appointment for 5:45, you probably won't start wrecking until 6 and that's okay, you need time to gear up. After you're all ready, the worker/front desk guy lets you choose your music on his iPad. Then you walk into a small, unventilated room. It gets hot, make sure to drink enough water before you get in, don't wear long sleeve. Then you get started on wrecking, take your pictures, then take off your gear 10,15,25 min later- that's basically it! One thing I disliked about this is that you can't take anything off the table? If the plates on the table, you have to break it on the table. Of course, I understand you can't hit the walls, but I can't take it off the table? We were told that we did make a pretty big mess (see picture), but we didnt break anything OFF the table, it just flew off. I don't see how it's our fault that those items literally flew off the table. ANYWAYS, I had a fun time! I think everyone should do this once. The location is super close to area 15 and they also have axe throwing and spatter painting available. We did the signature smash which included a ton of items like CDs, VHS tapes, glasses bottles, a printer, and some monitors. They provided all the safety gear for us - coveralls, shoe covers, helmet, safety glasses and headphones. We had no issues at all with feeling unsafe. We opted to stick with the traditional weapons, a bat and sledgehammer. Honestly the sledgehammer was a bit too heavy for me so I stuck mainly to the bat which did plenty of damage. Booked the Splatter Paint room for Mother's Day. Russell greeted us, he was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. We were quickly joking around with him as we got set up and he even gave us some waters and put our purses and glasses in a safe, paint-free area. We had a BLAST. We got into a paint fight and added some extra layers of color on the walls. Our canvases (9x12) turned out super cute. My mom absolutely loved making some fun memories. The place is a little smaller than I was expecting, and you can hear the other people smashing away in the other rooms, but that didn't bother us at all since we were also yelling and horsing around. The paint is washable, and came right off of our clothes and skin (and the car seat, oops) really easily. Definitely worth it, I absolutely recommend a paint fight when you go! read more

Highly recommend! We were visiting Vegas and wanted off strip activities. A ten minute drive from where we were staying, but it's located in a great shopping center with other food and shopping. We came in on a Thursday. Their website had a date night special for $99. Definitely worth it! We chose a smash room and ax throwing package. Ax throwing was fun with virtual games to choose from. That portion was 30 minutes. Bonus was a fun ninja star to throw as I couldn't get the ax throwing down. Smash room was a lot of fun. It's been on our wish list of things to do. I do wish there were more items or an option to add more since we smashed a lot of stuff in the first 5 minutes of our 20 minute smash time slot. Kudos to the team here. We visited Sin City Smash on a Friday night with another couple. It was so fun! Firstly, the customer service was great! The moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces. At the time of our arrival there were 3 employees at the front counter and they were all quick to help us. I loved their upbeat vibe. It got a little awkward for a bit because they were fighting over who was going to get to ring us up and help us with each activity, lol! This isn't a bad thing at all, we appreciated their enthusiasm! We first started with the shooting range. I absolutely loved the neon lights and although the room was dark, it added to the experience. We got to shoot for about an hour and during this time we played different and competitive shooting games, so that kept it fun and interesting. We then moved on to the axe throwing. We went with the 15 min and I'm glad we did because your arm gets tired quite quickly. Learning to throw the axe was fun and they also thought us different techniques to use. The target (wood plank) was worn out so our axe did not stick most of the time. Which is why I took away a star. In certain parts of the target the wood was almost gone. All in all the experience was fun and it's perfect for a date night. While we're there a family with older kids showed up and they were so excited so it's definitely family-friendly. We were there for about an hour and a half. We paid full price for the shooting range, and took advantage of the axe throwing add-on price which was $15 if my memory serves me right. read more

I saw Sin City Smash on Fox 5 recently. They were promoting the new airsoft target gallery. I looked them up and saw everything else they had to offer. I saw they have a Monday bundle offer and one of the bundles offers both a paint splatter and rage room. That's for me! I booked online for a 6:00 reservation. I left right after work and ended up getting in about 5:30. They checked my ID and gathered my gear for the rage room. Coveralls, gloves, shoe coverings, and a helmet with face sheild and ear protection. I got suited up and they we the over the rules with me. Next I was in the room and selecting the music I wanted to listen to. I went with rock. It stopped after one song. It was ok though because so did I. I was given 10 minutes to smash but I was done a lot sooner than that. I went to town on a few bottles, a couple VHS cassettes, and a printer (Office Space, anyone?). I was winded and sweaty. And I'm pretty sure I voided the warranty that's the printer. I was then shown were to put my gear. Each piece has its own bin. They'll wash and sanitize later. Between the rage room and the paint I was brought a bottle of water and offered a fan to stand in front of to cool off. When I was ready they showed me to the paint room and again read me the rules. Then it was time to go to town on a canvas. The paint was thinner than I expected it to be. I'm sure that is for the splatter value. I wish I had known how the colors would interact with one another. Now I have creative ideas in my head for unique options for future canvas. A chance to go beyond just splatters and make maybe more swirls and and iridescent look. I managed to keep my shirt clean as well as my shoes. But my pants got splattered pretty good. No worries though, these pants already had paint on them. I was given 15 minutes in the paint room but again I was done before that time was up. When I came out they had a cardboard box ready to put my canvas in to keep it safe and allow it to dry. The staff here is friendly and professional. They made this an enjoyable experience. Or should I say added to an already enjoyable experience? I mean, what could be better than smashing stuff and throwing paint like a madman? And the best part, I was out of there by about 6:05, just after my actual reserved time slot. I went here a few months ago with a friend who was going through a tough time. This was definitely a great way to let off steam, exercise, and have a lot of fun! We did not realize how difficult it would be to destroy a printer completely, nor did we realize that we preferred breaking glass over smashing a computer. We were told that the objects were all going to a recycling center at the end if it all, so we had to try to smash the pieces into as little pieces as possible. Nonetheless, we both really got into it that the emotional stress and worries of life were pushed to a corner! The staff was super friendly and educated us on the proper use of the gear and weapons before letting us loose. They gave us 4 genres of music to pick from during the rage room session; we picked classsical. What was really cool was the party/cool-down room after -- you could lounge there after the session and drink water and eat snacks. The staff said this was a way for people to calm down after the session so they would not drive away mad or with high adrenaline. They can host parties here too! Though each session can only host a certain number of people at a time, the staff can set up the party room so that the people not in the room can watch the action on the big screen! This would be great for parties and team building events. I wish my work would host a party here one day. *One thing I would suggest is to offer some healthier snacks in the break/cool-down room. I remember seeing only Frito Lays chips products in there. I try to avoid eating junk food, but after that rage room session, the temptation was there. We were unfortunately extremely underwhelmed at our paint war. After seeing all the great reviews and just the unique concept itself, we were super excited to try this out for my daughter's birthday. It did not live up to all the hype though. The paint war last maybe 10-15 minutes for eight teenagers. They barely got any paint, there was a roller cart brought in with some cups, but the cups were barely half full; they were also given paint guns with probably 5 pumps tops of paint in them. I'm not sure what sort of paint they actually use but some got in my daughter's mouth on accident and she was so sick the rest of the day - her mouth and throat were on fire and she had a terrible headache. Also, all the give you is some beyond cheap and easily ripped shoe covers, goggles, hair net, and "lunch lady"gloves. Most kids' covers ripped and got paint all over their clothing and shoes (yes I know it said don't wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on and that's what they did but that's not the point- for the hefty price and the basis of activity itself, some better quality coverings could be provided). Lastly, the "war room" was tiny, especially for eight adult-sized teenagers. The room was no bigger than a full-sized bathroom. When I saw, and think, "paint war," I'd expect some decent amount of space. The kids were packed in there. I paid over $500 for the above. I don't feel that extremely short-lived experience was even close to being valued at $500+++. The only reason I'm giving this experience two stars instead of the one I'd rather give is: 1) those 10 short minutes the kids did have fun (but, said themselves the lack of paint, small space, and the short time was "lame") and 2) the kids running the place were nice, a bit unorganized, but nice. We won't be returning but I'm glad our group had fun even if it was short-lived and unnecessarily overpriced. read more

Smashingly good times ahead! We did the premium smash with zombie theming. 110% worth it. Felt safe the whole time, safety equipment was provided with 1/1 instructions on the rules and safety. There was a large array of mostly electronics to smash and a variety of tools to implement in the fun. You get to choose music playing from a variety of playlist. We booked a 4 pack smash party. Pierce assisted us throughout our entire process and was amazing in explaining everything to us. We got to use a variety of weapons from bats, wrenches, poles, etc. They gifted each of us a clay disc to write whatever name or phrase we wanted (exes, people we hate, fears, etc.). We were able to smash 2 monitors, a giant printer, DVD's, glass bottles, and our clay discs. We had 4 categories of musics to choose from: classic rock, EDM, classical, or rap. We HAD to go with classic rock and it was the right choice. We had 15 mins of smashing time, but time felt longer. We took my son here for his birthday and the smash room was so much fun. Staff was nice and everything was organized so it was smooth. You got to pick which type of music to smash too. They provided ample safety gear. It was a big hit. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have provided the before and after pictures that were included but have not received yet. We have called numerous times and a week later still have not received them. If we knew we wouldn't get them we would have taken them ourselves. Besides that we had a great time and would recommend! We had a blast. We plan on visiting next time we return to Las Vegas. This is a fun thing to do for people of all ages.
