My finance company, whom I used to take a loan out for $30,000 ( that's what he charges for just bottom implants ), knocked his price down to $4,440, which is still really unfair. So I had no work done yet, and I'm stuck with a bill of $4,440 for absolutely nothing!! Horrible way to treat your patients. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place.

Dr. Solomons and his staff appears to be very professional and well informed. The practice has examination rooms, surgery rooms, and offer orthodontic services. I believe that all practical options to address my problem were clearly and understandably presented, along with the advantages and possible shortcomings of those solutions. Going forward, I have faith that this practice cares about their patients and Dr. Solomons has demonstrated knowledge and experience that probably could have prevented the issues I'm now experiencing. Starting about five months ago, I called and, as instructed by the voicemail, left a message. I did this three times over a number of months and never received a return call. Finally on the fourth attempt I was able to get through. I made an appointment and was seen by Dr. Carlone's daughter, Mia. She was very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, she botched the simple re-cementing of the crown for which I was being seen. She did not remove the existing cement from inside the crown before re-attaching it; therefore, the tooth had a higher profile and caused a misalignment in my bite (all other top and bottom teeth in my mouth were unable to touch after she finished). She tried filing down both the crown and the tooth below it to remedy this issue without success. Then she told me the crowned tooth had likely "migrated" and the problem could go away over time. The (qualified) dentist I found immediately was taken aback by this treatment, as well as by the tooth migration excuse (not possible in three days, he said). And now, because he had to destroy the crown in order to restore my proper bite, I have an additional expense.

They wanted us to pay the full price tag for our daughter's wisdom teeth extraction and deal directly with Anthem for reimbursement afterwards, even though they are listed as an "in network" provider. Not wanting to pay $1,400 more than the amount the insurance confirmed we should pay (Approved Amount), we had to cancel the procedure.

Now one year later I receive a text that I owe another $540 and will be sent to collection if not paid. When I asked the reason for the additional cost the answer was not satisfactory.
