As someone who works in food I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to restaurants. However this bagel shop is pretty awful. I ordered online and in total waited over 30 minutes for it, while the staff kind of bumbled around not really knowing what was going on. The sandwich was cold, missing ingredients and was not given any napkins or utensils. This is the worse Einstein Bagels I have ever been too. We walked in and stood behind a customer in the "order" line who was ordering a dozen bagels. The employee assisting her saw us standing in the "order" line and the other employees behind the counter saw us too. We stood there for almost 10 minutes until the employee at the "pay" window said orders are being taken by her. There is no signage stating the orders are being taking at the "pay" window nor would I expect to order where I pay as this practice is not done at any other Einstein Bagel I have been too. As a reward member, I have come to expect a certain level of customer service at any Einstein Bagel I visit. I will not be returning to this particular location due to the staff. The staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly. Yesterday I received my complete wrong order and I called in when I arrived home. I returned today and with no issue whatsoever they replaced my whole order on the house. I then asked to purchase a couple tubs of spread for my bagels. They would not let me buy them they were also on the house. I ordered about 15min in advance my order was ready quickly and the service was great! The ambiance is not that great as there are no tables to have a quick lunch break on. It's more of a quick stop and go lunch type of feel. Anyways I ended up ordering a small tub of the jalapeño salsa and almond butter shmear so I can enjoy with other things at home, that's how much I loved it! Other patrons that ordered ahead or were doing deliveries all asked and eventually complained about the wait time. At one point a team member told everyone it was going to be 30 to 45 minutes for anyone who preordered or for food delivery. When a guest asked why and why were people who just walked in getting their food first she was snapped back with "sorry that's how it is." As it escalated, instead of the team member staying professional and trying to diffuse the situation they decided a yelling match and sarcasm was appropriate with an eventual B!TCH being thrown out. Need a quick Grab and Go box of bagels? This is the spot. Location is pretty convenient and quality has been consistent. It does get a little busy during the morning rush, but the line moves along. The bagels are soft and fresh and if cream cheese is added it is a bit heavy handed. I like cream cheese, but if you only want a little just make sure you specify. My favorite bagels are the Nova Lox bagel (smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, tomato, and red onions), the pepperoni pizza bagel, the Everything bagel ( when I'm feeling East Coastish), and the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The hazelnut coffee is pretty good too. You can't go wrong with some coffee and bagel to start your day. Man, I love Einstein's Bagels so much but I always have issues at this location and I'm not sure why. The food is always delicious, fresh and filling! I am a vegetarian, so I normally get the Avocado Veggie Egg Sandwich. I add a second egg and enjoy it on an everything bagel. I always order through the app, which can cause problems too. Whenever you order through the app you can get a free hot or iced coffee, and the last few times it hasn't allowed me to add the coffee to my order. The problem for some reason with this location is the service. Every time I order here my order is incorrect and I am always missing something, without fail. Usually I get skimped on sides. The milk and creamers are always empty, even when I go decently early. I have been close to closing time and that was understandable. But the whole coffee bar is frequently messy and sticky and not stocked. I haven't really had a positive experience with the employees. We waited awhile for our order only to be told they didn't have the coffee drinks so the assistance manager was kind enough to comp us some of our meal and she gave us free bagel and smear cards. We have given this location many chances to improve-hoping each time we return, it will finally be the one...however sadly this hasn't came to fruition. We are moving so we won't be returning and even if we weren't moving we would avoid this location like the plague. It does seem like their hours are a tad bit shorter, too, so make sure you check their location for hours of operation before you pay them a visit. My husband ordered two breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg, and cheddar on a plain bagel. I opted just for a cheese bagel with almond schmeer (don't knock it till you try it!). The Doordash app does allow you to put in how toasted you want it. I just put a little toasted, but mine did come a little too toasted. Not the biggest deal! It was still rather tasty. If you've never had the almond schmeer before, you're truly missing out. It's sweet and delicious, and weirdly enough, goes really well with the cheesy bagel. I highly recommend. This bagel delivery was really just what I needed this morning to put some calories in my tummy before a day full of work! So yummy, I spaced on taking photos of it. Yum! I was craving a bagel and luckily Einstein bagels is open for pick up. Walked in and ordered they have specials on mondays for bagels ,13 bagels and two cream cheese spreads for $13 . Staff was friendly and welcoming, plus helped us with suggestions. Bagels are made fresh everyday and delicious, various flavors and the coffee may seem simple but delicious strong brew. They have an app where you can get points for purchases as well as discounts. Going in the location it self is very well lit as well as very clean. Avoid this location if you can. Multiple instances where we've received rude customer service as well as very long wait times for simple orders. I understand times are hard right now for everyone however I personally think they should be thankful they're busy and not dead and closed like other shops and restaurants. Unprofessional!! I walked into this Einstein as I have on a Saturday for the last 6 weeks straight. My Saturday usually consists of me washing my wife's suburban, grabbing an iced coffee at a different establishment, filling said suburban with fuel, then lastly a toasted plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, plus two extra cream cheeses for the week and whatever the kids and I pick out to eat for breakfast. That being said today I walk in, there are two people waiting for food, and two ahead of me in line. Outside two old guys that are there every week were there, so the store did not appear busy. I guess I was mistaken. Extremely mistaken! So the woman ahead of me ordered 1 bagel with some sort of cream cheese. Anyway someone else was at the pay station, she was trying to "socially distance" so she stood back like 10 feet. The lady tried to get in to pay after the guy ahead of her left and was yelled at by the employee that she was extremely busy. I looked at the customer and I said she gonna treat you like that I think your bagel is free then. She got a chuckle and said nah I'll wait. Well 10 minutes go by the cashier lady still playing solitaire with a stack of receipts. Well the lady had enough I guess and said you right mines free I don't have all day to wait for this bull$h!t. I said well you have a nice day. She then told me I was the best thing about her visit to this place today. Well as I waited for my toasted bagel I was yell at for violating "Covid" rules.
