Seems like all of the Einstein Bagels are two stars despite being packed most mornings. I did find an expired cream cheese in their cooler and they have run out of my favorite bagels, forcing me to add plain bagels to my dozen, but I still like them. My favorite bagel spot in Las Vegas is not Einstein but when you want to take bagels to work or have a craving, Einstein is sooo much better than grocery store bagels. I also love their jalapeno cream cheese cuz it actually has a kick This location only has tables outside if you want to eat there. We went into the Einstein because we wanted some of their Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee we'd frequent in our airport days. We opted to order some bagels and cream cheese to take home since we could save it for the week. I personally feel that with places like these, your expectations really should be open. You never know when they'll be busy, stressed, slow, quick, or if they change employees quickly, or have a team that sticks together for the crazy days. Trust me, I've experienced it. I found this location well organized. The staff was quickly trying to get the orders out. Our cashier was friendly, and our bagels came out quick. When we went to pour our coffee, there were a lot of grounds in the carafe. I asked if they'd be able to make more, and the staff member in charge of it seemed a bit irritated. I completely understand though, because you have to ger rid of the carafe, clean it, and rebrew it. However, she just poured out the coffee and rebrewed it, so when I poured my new cup, it was still a bit grainy. Not too crazy, but I was able to make myself a decent cup of coffee. There's not much description for the bagels, they're typical, nothing too crazy, soft, different than what you're used to what you'd get at a bakery. They slice them of you if you like, they provide the shmear if you opt for it, or you can buy a tub. Just a basic visit for the weekend quick coffee if you're in the mood for something different. We will be back, maybe earlier for a chance to refill our coffee so we can also hang out! read more

You are greeted well when you come in the door . however morning service is very slow . must of the orders appear to be online so if you are a walk in you may wait 10-15mins for your order:( if you place a online order it doesn't allow for you to make custom changes . This morning the young lady simply dropped my sandwich in the bag said nothing never even looked up at me . The service here is slow and only friendly people are the order takers. Well run system, especially on the holiday weekend. People get in/out quickly. My usual ham Swiss on Asiago was great as always. Sat outside with two friends. Not a lot is seating outside (4 tables on a narrow area) but welcome in the sun. Indoor seating is about six tall stools at a bar by the window. But the is more of a pick up and go place. read more

Never in a million years would we have believed that you guys would charge $3.59 to add an egg to each of our sandwiches. So over $7 for two fried eggs. We were the only 2 people in the store when we entered. Customer service was poor from the get go. Asia Lee behind the register who took our order was curt and came across as aloof. There was no visible list of shmear flavors. When I asked about flavors she looked over my shoulder, gestured to my right and told me they were in the open case. I looked over but was unable to read the below the waist level small print on the containers. When I told her I couldn't read them she stared over my shoulder waiting for my reply. The half and half thermos was empty. I quietly stood at the side and took it up to the register to request a refill. Asia Lee ignored me completely. Finally I was able to request a refill from a man in the food prep area. Our breakfast sandwiches took 20 minutes to be ready. I usually love Einsteins but lately their attention to the toppings has been poor. I stopped ordering the Nova Lox because the onions they put are so thick cut they are inedible on a bagel. Today I ordered a chocolate chip bagel and there was barely any cream cheese on it. It was so sad to eat. Only the left half of the bagel had cream cheese (still super thin) but the right side was translucent with how little they put on. read more

This place is really starting to go downhill. Recently, when I place a mobile order something is always missing. Yesterday I placed an order and used my rewards. When I went to pick up the order, I was told that my order wasn't filled because they had no plain bagels. Maybe it's me but if there's one type of bagel you shouldn't run out of is plain bagels. And why isn't there a system in place to contact customer? Why can't my rewards be credited to my account so that I can use it before the month ends?
