When I first started there it was honestly great. the staff were friendly and informative. Things have changed; it's become more brusque over the last few years, and frankly I think I deserve better. Example: Last year I received an unpleasant mail from them saying that if I didn't cut my trees and kill the moss on my roof (i didn't even know i had moss, lol) they were going to discontinue my insurance. After 25 years of being a paying customer with one truly miniscule claim over 20 years ago, this is the letter I get??? I understand that State Farm takes actions that puts my agents in a position to deal with the fallout. But when I sent my upset reply about this - and received no response at all -I knew it was time to leave. Unfortunately, out of laziness, I sucked it up and stayed. Then this year I sent 2 mails asking -specifically- whether or not another person was covered if i gave them permission to drive my truck. and what did I get? Yes, indeed: I got crickets. I've had enough. I transferred my account to Dimitri Kondos' office and am looking forward to seeing how that goes now.
