The man helping us yelled at my husband and told him to "shut up" several times in a row before telling us he would kick us out of the store if my husband didn't "shut his mouth". We're in our 60's and have never been spoken to that way. There were several people standing around and heard this. It was embarrassing and we were appalled when we left there. We will never go back there and I hope others who read this consider taking their business somewhere else.

Training must be part of the problem but Mike the manager blames the systems for inability to deliver. Is it a corporate, regional or West Bend store issue. IDK, but alternatives like Fleet Farm and Cabela's each have their warts but Dunhams is close to home for me thus a tempting headache.
