The front desk staff were warm, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel much less stressful than many other labs. A special thank-you to Chelsea, who is an outstanding phlebotomist. I require a butterfly needle and blood draws from my wrist, so I'm not the easiest patient. Chelsea was the perfect blend of professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness. She maintained eye contact, kept me engaged in conversation, and made me feel completely at ease. It was possibly the easiest and most painless blood draw I've ever had. Five stars without hesitation. I'll definitely return to this location.

Inside, my nurse was nice, great at his needlework, and efficient. The run I was in, the booth, was a bit like the pens we would put cattle in, when I was a kid. But, it is the only lab option in the healthcare troubled desert. So, given there are no choices, I think they deserve good marks. A lack of competition often leads to quality that is absent of care or concern.

Libya (sp) was my phlebotomist and she was able to take my blood without me even feeling the needle!! I was honestly surprised how quick she was! The other Labcorp on Bob Hope Drive always made drawing blood painful and always left me with a huge bruise. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. He integrates that nursing and caring approach while using his vast knowledge of medicine. I have terminal metastatic CA and I am also an RN.
