Sherman oaks location with TAMI SIMARD is horrible I unfortunately had a motorcycle accident and need my disability renewed due to the fact that I forget to pee amongst other things and can't walk right I use a walker my knee can't bend at all. TAMI SIMARD brushed it off knowing my disability is getting canceled in 5 days, they don't care she just "call your surgeon ask for an extension I don't do it online only paperwork " perfect I'll bring the paper work today if she doesn't fill it out she's not a health professional at all ! she clearly needs common sense if things were switched around she'd be crying on the floor in pain! I've been coming to this clinic since my first pregnancy, and now I'm on my fourth--and I can confidently say this place has consistently given me amazing care. Xochitl and Silvia are by far the BEST medical assistants I've ever encountered. Their customer service is outstanding--they're kind, attentive, and truly make you feel cared for every step of the way. I'm so grateful that Eisner has kept them around all these years. Their dedication and professionalism are a big reason why I continue to come back and trust this clinic with my care. I use to recommend this place when my lil one was a baby... but for toddlers? DONT EVER COME HERE. These people don't care about your kids. Ive called these people MULTIPLE times and 1( they changed there system so now you cant even call the actual clinic, you have to go though a call system that then transfers you to the clinic. Which is a BIG waste of time! 2) don't call around 11am because you'll be on ' cue position #1' for 45 mins and then they wont answer because they are on lunch for an hour after. 3) you'll never get an appointment in office, these people are so lazy they rather diagnose your little ones over the phone with what YOU provide them.. they dont do anything to actually figure out whats wrong. 4) you cant do "walk ins" even tho when you walk in the place is like a deserted, they will force you to make an appointment and then tell you to leave. 5) the workers.... Oh my goodness, the young ones and the old ones, a bunch of stuck up, snotty, *insert bad words*. The talk so rudely, give attitude and are always talking and gossiping with eachother! Horrible service they have you on hold forever and once it's almost your turn they hang up on you. I was suppose to have a virtual consultation for both of my sons and they never called. I keep trying to call but the automated machine places me on hold then hangs up on me. Worse service ever. Went personally to make the appointment since they don't answer their phones and just to be stood up. So unprofessional. read more

I don't even think this clinic deserve a star. The customer service that they provide it just completely suck. My baby has a big problem since July I have been trying to get and authorization, for children hospital, so far I have seen three physician in this place with three different opinion (NP, PA ) about my baby, there not helping me, I don't understand how can this be, He has never been seen by the Dr that he is assing to. This is a little human!!!! why can't y just do your work, And it's not easy I can't just switch Dr. for now cause I have to get this auth. All I ask How would you feel if this was your baby's? Would you be this irresponsible? For the record I have ask for my baby's medical record so I could take him somewhere else but nothing that is what I get from them NOTHING I have been calling and calling either they don't answer or hang out the phone, or I call asking to speak to auth department, Anabelle just don't answer the phone goes straight to VM I have been leaving 5 VM so far ... read more

Eisner Health really made my whole pregnancy experience more than perfect, I can not find words to describe how professional/ beyond kind they were. From the front desk team until you meet your doctor, the whole team is just amazing. I was fortunate enough to have Marzena, Paulina and I couldn't be more than happy with how they treated me; making sure I wasn't lacking in anything: from follow ups, help to fill paperwork, and even more. My wife had an initial appointment for our baby on a Tuesday. However, due to the fact that the baby was sick she called on the previous Friday and changed the appointment to Monday, basically a day earlier. Walking into the clinic she finds out the receptionist didn't update the system and the appointment hasn't been changed to Monday. It was 8 o clock in the morning, the baby was sick but the doctor refused to see her because she didn't have an appointment and because the baby wasn't "sick enough". I mean, how sick does a baby have to be in order to be seen by a doctor in an empty clinic while the customer did the due diligence of calling and changing an initial appointment that wasn't recorded by an employee who's job is exactly to do so? We will be switching the clinic as I do not foresee going to a doctor that doesn't have even the slightest measure of compassion or professionalism necessary under the oath he took. How can one entrust a doctor that doesn't care with the health of his child? read more

The new phone system sucks!!!! I don't even want to call to schedule my kids appointments no more, I wait in line so my call to be answer and and the ends it disconnects or it send me to a voice mail. Then I have to call again and the same happens then again and again. If I leave a call back number they call like in 2 hrs or more (that's been number 2 in line) then they call and when answering they click on you and have to call again. Honestly I don't know why this place doesn't have the best reviews. But I had a great experience with the Van Nuys location and the Panorama location. Doctors were so nice and nurses were so sweet and treat you very well. No place wanted to see me because of my insurance and when I would be able to make an appointment it was 2 months out and I was already late in my pregnancy. When I called Eisner they immediately gave me an appointment and I got to go in the very next week especially since I was already in my 3rd trimester and has had no doctor the entire time. I'll most likely keep coming here for future pregnancies. Love their customer service. read more

I was a temp at this esablishment and all I can say is...DON'T WORK HERE! Mostly everyone in there start gossiping and also I was laid off from working because I was sick. If I would to put no starts i would, very unprofessional they don't call you when appt where cancelled. I walk in and they they don't even know the reason why I was there for? You don't take notes? Hello and their excuse was we have no vaccine.... all of a sudden all of the vaccines finished today. As of right now and they could call me to reschedule. This isn't the first time they do this. If it's not that it's another thing. I come 40 minutes away for me to hear that they're nothing. Horrible office. Waited over an hour to see a doctor when I told them it was an emergency appointment. My infant had been throwing up for 3 days nonstop and I got the first available appt at 2:40. Came in earlier than my appointment time hoping I would go in ASAP. Ended up waiting over 1 hour just to get into the room. There were patients who came in 20-30 mins later than me and got in earlier. Horrible horrible. Would not recommend this shitty office with horrible rude staff. This is a fantastic place! I recently had my prenatal and postpartum care at their Van Nuys location and both my babies have been to their pediatric side as well as their Sherman Oaks location. We honesty couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism and care. We chose Eisner Health last year primarily because it was close to where we live ( we are New Yorkers) and since we weren't familiar with the area or California at all, we thought not having to travel far for doctor's visits etc was a good idea. Right from our first Pediatric visit for our daughter and my first prenatal visit we knew we made the right choice with Eisner. The two locations we mostly frequent ( Van Nuys & Sherman Oaks) we are always greeted with a smile from the front desk ladies , both places are extremely clean , we've never waited more than 30 minutes to be seen, and the doctors and nurses are FANTASTIC. I wish I knew everyone's name because I would name them ALL! Marzena has been a dream come true and I'm so happy to have had her for my prenatal care . Both my babies see Dr. Sims and my husband and I are just thrilled with her! Dr. Houman delivered my son at Valley Presbyterian 6 weeks ago and he is exactly who you want when you have your baby.
