Dr Yerro is great but the office staff barley answers the phone or the office phone is always busy or the office is locked during none lunch hours when Dr Yerro isn't there but staff is. So it's kind of like a hit or miss. They don't answer for about the first two hours of being open. That 14 seconds was an automated message about hours of operation which starts 9. They play with your time here.

I'm extremely disappointed with the care my 17-month-old daughter received from Marci Spruill. She…read morehad been spiking fevers for several days, as high as 105, without any real cold symptoms. Given that she was hospitalized and intubated at 13 months, we were obviously terrified and I advocated for a full workup. I specifically asked for a urinalysis to rule out a UTI. Marci refused and told me, "kids this age don't get UTIs." She told us we needed to ride out the virus. After SEVEN days of my daughter continuing to spike fevers and be in pain, I took her to CHLA tonight. She has a UTI. A urine test may have been inconvenient and uncomfortable, but it would not have hurt to rule it out. When a toddler has ongoing high fevers without an obvious source, sometimes you have to look beyond the most obvious explanation--especially when a parent is telling you something isn't right. I specifically advocated for the test that ultimately diagnosed my daughter, and I was dismissed. If this review helps even one child avoid suffering for an extra week because a parent's concerns are taken seriously, then it's worth writing. Shame on you, Marci.

Well, I'm happy to say - we no longer have to worry. The staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Your family feels welcome. And all the anxieties that come with being a (first time) parent, are welcome. There is seemingly no delineation between staff roles, everyone lends a hand, and does so with such kindness and grace. And their efforts show also in the interactions we've had with other patients and their parents. Everyone seems so kind and accommodating. We are seeing Dr. Jeremy (Shapiro) but have interacted with 3 other doctors when coming in for quick weight checks. I cannot suggest one over the other. We love Dr. Jeremy for his smile and enthusiasm in helping us care for our little one. The other doctors were just the same. If you're looking for a pediatrician - look no more. This is the place. These are the people you want to trust the most important member of your family's life with mi

We were with Dr Liddy for about 3 years, she was nice but it felt a bit phoney and forced. Every time my kids got sick and obviously needed antibiotics, they would beat around the bush and give some random unhelpful med to make sure we have to come back and they can bill for another visit. Very aggravating that at the end I just would argue and demand antibiotics. For three years they tried to have pay their BS office membership and I always ignored it. Dr Liddy never picked up my son was falling off the growth chart. I'm grateful we left for a better more qualified pediatrician!
