After some help from the parts store employee we found that my battery wasn't holding a charge. I bought a new battery and alternator from the store and asked for a referral to a mobile mechanic, they gave me this card. Josh answered the phone immediately and agreed to come all the way out to Makakilo from Mililani where he was at the time, his price he quoted me was very fair. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes and immediately got to work on my car. There was an issue with the part, the girl at the store sold me the wrong part . Josh offered to drive all the way back down and exchange it. He came back with my change and agreed not to add to the original quote he gave me. My car is running great and I may even hire him again for other maintenance services! I recommend him to anyone in need of mechanical work. He was patient with me while he was doing his thing with the car door. When he made the first key, it didn't work, so he said he'll do another one. So he did another one and he sprayed inside my ignition, some kind of lubricant and it worked the second time and even if he didn't work, he said he's not gonna stop until he get it done and I was like kind of surprise cause he was showing that he has customer service and he was determined to get it fixed.
