Within SECONDS of submitting a request, I got a message back with a quote (actually a few) and then I was on the phone scheduling the tow for the next morning. Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all.

I was actually called for my daughter who had a check engine light coming on, so she went over to O'Reilly's auto parts and they scan the car to see what the message was. It was not good. It had to do with the engine. Cost of repairs would've been somewhere close to $500. Knowing that he was picking up, my daughter, I thought was a really nice idea, to make her feel safer. He brought his wife along. The last time I got a tow truck (not from this company) we called for assistance at 9;0pm and we were left waiting until3:00am.
