On a Friday night my cousin and I were heading out, half way our destination her car started over heating and dying out. We pulled over on the freeway near red hill popped the hood, there was smoke everywhere. We thought we should try to start the car and at least get to a safer spot to call a tow truck, we couldn't get it started. With both of us knowing nothing about cars and not sure who to call we were lost out there. It was dark, drizzling, cars speeding by taking no caution. Thankfully somebody stopped to help us. A employee named Arthur from this towing company pulled over. He took a look at the car and told us what he thought was wrong with it, he hooked up her car and towed us to my apartment. We asked him how much we owed, but he told us it's fine no need. We offered money anyways but he kindly declined. I called and asked how to go about getting towed from my location to home. The guy who answered was really nice. He gave me a price and said someone will be there within 30 minutes. 15 minutes passed and here comes the tow truck. I was thinking, "that was quick!" My car suddenly wouldn't turn on while I was at Sam's Club in Pearl City. After two hours of trying to fix it our selves we called PP Towing for help. Not only did they respond quickly, but the man who helped us did a thorough inspection of our car just to make sure we tried all of our options before we decided to tow it. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was a taller guy who was super friendly and helpful. We had such a stressful night, but he definitely made the situation better. Late Tuesday night my tire blew out while I was driving home from work which left me stranded on the freeway. I was sitting in my car frustrated when Arthur approached my car saying he saw me looking through my trunk while driving home from work and decided to turn around to check on me. He made polite small talk while changing my tire and even guided me to the nearest gas station to put more tire in my spare to ensure future safe travels. These guys were awesome! Not only are they 24 hours, but they are super friendly! I needed to get a car towed from a shop back to our house, and I spoke with someone on the phone (Kimo?), and not only was he friendly, but he set me up with a driver on the way, hassle-free! When I got to the shop, I called PPTS, and Kimo told me the driver Todd would be there in 15 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Thing is, he didn't get there in 15... He got there in 5! My car was towed from an accident in Waipahu today. Thank God the lives of those involved were saved by his grace. After coming home I noticed my car keys which has my house and mail keys on one chain was not with me but in the car that got towed. So I researched the towing company in Waipahu and called Pacific Paradise company because I thought the officer at the scene of the accident said it was at this place they towed my car. Although they were not the company but they were very helpful by providing me with informations of the towing place that has my car. I'm thankful for that reason. I know not most towing places would reveal or know about these informations. So for that being said, it saved me time to actually call around Waipahu to look for my car and explaining to them of why I was calling. Thank you to the man who answered his phone on one ring and helped me. Let me tell you about my story last night. My son called me at 10:45 PM to let me know that he was stuck in the sand at the beach. I called two other tow companies and neither one of them answered. I called Pacific paradise and he answered. I asked him how much it would be to tow my son out and he told me $150. He then offered that if I had a large car or truck, which I had a truck, he would loan me his chains so I can go pull out my son. I tried to give him 20 bucks just for staying up at midnight and letting me use his gear of which he declined both times! I was able to get my son out of the sand and finally got to sleep at 1 AM this morning. Would highly recommend this guy.
