After receiving very poor over the phone service from a 3rd party towing phone service, I was very fortunate to be contacted by a super friendly local lady named Alohi, at MO's Towing! She was very polite, professional, and asked pertinent questions regarding my vehicle's location and gave me excellent instructions! Then the towing truck driver Oly arrived promptly, gave me simple instructions before he hooked up my SUV and amazingly reversed my SUV perfectly into a parking stall with cars on both sides, wow Oly is definitely a PRO! Mos towing has the best service hands down. I've dealt with many other tow services and by far this one has been my number 1. From communication, to credibility, to just being nice people! I needed a tow from town to kapolei and called my insurance. My insurance said they'd get someone over (will not mention company) in about 1 hour and half. Okay fine. An hour and a half comes up, I wait a little while. Finally call my insurance and they said ETA in another 60 minutes. At this point I'm thinking if the H1 traffic. I cannot wait any longer. I look on Google and found Mos towing with Amazing reviews. If these guys can come to me soon, I'll pay out of pocket. I need my truck home! My review starts out like this, bought a car from a young lady who was a recent graduate of BYUH,she was selling her car for $300 bucks,because she was moving back to Indiana, started asking her about the car on August 9th,and she was leaving on the 13th.The car had overheating issues and needed to be towed from Laie to where I live in Nanakuli.I was on a time crunch big time.
