Fantastic knife sharpening. Gary turned my dull old knives into razor sharp cutlery. I was given several pounds of fresh tuna and had to make sashimi . Without very sharp knifes this is impossible . Gary pulled thru and make my knifes perfect. I highly recommend his service. A sharp knife is a safe knife. read more
