I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek. I will continue to use and recommend AAA Sub Zero at all of my vacation rentals here in the Keys!

I was left with a half installed HVAC that the inspector marked on the corrections sheet a very long list. So I called AAA Sub Zero as they are certified and listed right on their site. They came right out and assessed the corrections and what needed to be done to get it done right. He explained very clearly where the issues were. He offered a very good price, but more importantly quality installation that would pass code. They removed the problem items with the old HVAC system in a couple days. So I called back the inspector, PASSED! What a weight was lifted off me - and if you dealt with city Inspectors, you know what I mean. Awesome job and very cool guy, I couldn't thank him enough. They have my business for life.
