Customer service is a big thing for me and the guys here were very polite and gentlemanly. They open all doors car and office, for each customer and ensured that we were aware of where the facilities were and also that coffee was available... They went over the details of what was needed for my vehicle and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I will return.

Included in that $184 charge, I paid an additional charge for an oil filter, I paid a charge of $9.99 tax to cover the use of the company's equipment such as tools. I was taxed because the company used their tools to do the job. The additional quarts of oil was charged to me as well. A whopping $45 for three quarts of oil. I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done).
