They were amazing! I asked for them to check my oil to make sure it needs to be changed. They said that it was getting close to being ready for changing and they said do I want to change it or not I said yes they walked me through their options. did not fight me or tell me anything different from what I picked out. They did a courtesy cabin air filter check which it was dirty so I went ahead and change them after they were done. I asked them if they could help me, learn about my car on how to read an oil stick how to change or add windshield wiper fluid and they were happily willing to show me my car and how it works. I could not be any more impressed. They have got a new customer loyal customer if I keep getting this kind of service, especially at this location. read more

So just came so I can get an inspection. I've been waiting for a few minutes then another car pulls up. A girl comes o and pulls up and waits and says excuse me three guys just look at us and keep doing what they're doing. So when I ask the guy the black guy with the little dreads I asked him is anybody going to come out to speak to us? He start having excuses and saying I guess they didn't want to say anything but it's not a big deal If you wait, excuse me! First of all, that's not a way to talk to anyone. Then you say when one car comes out another pulls in understandable but don't come out with a little attitude or sarcastic ness! like I don't recommend this place at all! Terrible customer service, I do not recommend at all. I went to get an oil change and the worker was so rude and had an attitude. I had also gotten there before 3 other cars and the worker passed the other one before me. The location on kuykendahl lied on paper work..said my windshields was cleaned they clearly never cleaned it..I was sitting in my car the whole time..They said they checked windshield wiper fluid.. they definitely didn't because upon arrival my car said refill windshield wiper fluid and it still says the message.. they listed other things like replaced filter I'm not sure if that's a lie because I can't tell if it was replaced when he changed oil. I've been here for oil changes but also some other major issues. I've had my air conditioner condenser replaced and other things. One reason I keep coming back is for their integrity, there have been 2 instances where I needed to go to the dealer and they told me and didn't play around and trump up any bs charges. They were honest and that's the kind of business I look for. So, they are truly my go to folks for my vehicle. And they are quick!!!! read more

Avoid this place! I got a quotation last week from the dealership and came here thinking I'd get better price, but the prices were the same! Trying to even charge me more than what they advertised. When I called them out on the labour charges they got defensive bringing up instances that had nothing to do with me, saying everytime i go there, there is a problem yet this is the first time I've had an issue with them. The way he said it had me feeling like he wanted to say every time black ladies come here they have a problem! I have no problem staying away from places I'm not wanted! This is an absolutely amazing service center!!! I generally come here to get oil changes, inspections & the like; their customer service is amazing from the new hires to the old heads...everyone is respectable. However, what truly sticks out in my head is the honor/integrity of the staff. I recently went in with my check engine light lit up like a Christmas tree. A diagnostic was performed but they needed more time than I could dedicate to it at the time. I was told to bring my car in another day and leave it with them, so I did. After a more thorough inspection I was told that repairs would be made but there was no guarantee that the car would perform the way it should. I was astounded because many places would have charged me for the work and my car still wouldn't have worked. On top of that I was allowed to leave my car in safe hands until the tow truck came to pick my car up...2 days later. I will always bring my vehicles here and I thank that Daniel for his professionalism & decency. read more
