The tuna slices are divine. I had a nibble of the raw shrimp aguachile. This is another dish you should enjoy if you like fresh shrimp. The shrimp is cut in half with red onion, cucumber, avocado, and swimming in chili sauce. A simple and delectable dish. The service is super-friendly and prompt. Again, the combination of textures and flavors will guarantee a clean plate. Agatha's reminds me of some of the better places in Palm Springs, CA. We told the server we had been brought the wrong dish, as the shrimp weren't crunchy. She said, no, that's the dish. A manager came over and said that yes, that was the crunchy shrimp dish. Unbelievable. They did finally take the dish off the bill, but we were disappointed that we didn't get a good shrimp dish. The Robert's Margarita was excellent as usual.
