While I was checking out, he mentioned he should have charged me $20 cause I have low profile, run flat tires. I asked why that made a difference and he said something about it being harder to remove (I didn't see him exert any effort there) and some other reasoning I wasn't sure about. But FYI... They have a cute dog chillin in one of the chairs. Plenty of space for dropping off/picking up trailers. Customer service is outstanding, communication was great. Lots of room to drop off and pick up a trailer.
