It was early so I waited til 8 a.m. to get service because the tire shop near my area aren't open until 8a.m. (the nerve of these establishments- lol- I have breakfast and a mid day nap calling my name! Told the Manager my situation about two "security" lugs stuck on front tires. He examined the wheels and the security key. Without emotion or words he motioned his employee for a breaker-bar and impact wrench. Within 30 seconds they pried, rotated, and spun the lugs out! Those two bolts kept me from changing brakes for two weeks. Other shops attempted but clearly put forth that 50% effort before placing blame on the security key or lug nut. They'd also give me that old line "You have to go to VW. They have a special tool called thingamabob which takes it right off." I now know that when a mechanical issue is above my pay grade G.M.C. tires has the practical knowledge to get the job done.

Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. Long story short, my tire was deflated due to my wheel was cracked & discovered shortly thereafter bent as well. My vehicle had to be towed to this spot just to give you an idea how I was in bad shape.. Any who, at first the manager due to the time allotted told me it was too late to work on my wheel, however thankful he had a change of heart. Shot out to the tall young guy with the tatts!! He saved my wheel & welded it.. He was very professional & congenial. Dope customer service as he squeezed me in.. was damn near in tears as I couldn't drive on that wheel nor tire. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. I assumed it was maybe something stuck in the wheel well. As it turned out, I had a giant screw stuck in my back tire. Never fun! Fortunately, I looked up tire places and saw R&B was located near my son's school, so when it was time to pick him up, I called them and they said they could jump on it right away. 12 minutes later, I was in front of their garage. Maybe another 12 minutes, and $25 later, I had a repaired tire. To be honest, I didn't even know R&B was here, despite driving past it constantly. It's kind of hidden behind Buldogies. So here is my story, My husband needed new tires on his boat trailer and had problems removing the old tires. R&B to the rescue! It ended up being quite an ordeal for the tire shop to remove them as well, but this man kept at it and had my husbands boat and trailer for a week. He assured my husband that he would figure it out and take care of him. Y'all, R&B did exactly what he promised and hardly even charged my husband for his extensive time to solve the problem. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it! Highly recommend! Skip the big boy shops and give this little gem a try!

I can hereby say that on this third visit with yet another vehicle I will only come to this spot for all my tire needs. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. Rotations and balances are free when you buy a new set and that lasts for the length of the life of the tire. I grant them 5 stars despite their posted offering of a Star Bucks gift card. Heck I don't even drink coffee so, I don't need it. Rotate often and Prosper!
