I have been a customer of Bill's Tire Repair for over 10 years to have my vehicles inspected. They are always fast and thorough. On the last inspection, the Dole light (3rd eye brake light) was out. They were able to repair it on the spot, and get me through the inspection in a short period of time. Prices are fair, service is great, and the employees are always friendly! Absolutely wonderful place. I was on my way to the vet with one of my horses and I had the tread peel off of one of my trailer tires. Thankfully, a kind man pulled around me to let me know he saw the rubber flapping on my wheel. I couldn't much feel it because it was still fully inflated. I called my vet to let him know that I would be late and he recommended going to Bill's, as they were practically across the street. I limped along on the inner tube at about 10 mph to get there. They helped me right away. The guy offered to just put my spare on, which I hoped was all I needed. Turns out, my recent trailer purchase came complete with 5 different tires, yes, even the spare was mismatched. My fault for not paying attention. Anyway, the tech told me he couldn't put my spare on in good conscience, because it was at least 5 or 6 years old and didn't look very reliable. He didn't try to sell me all 5 tires but I decided to ask his honest opinion. He told me he would just get them changed when I could because the newest one was 3+ years old and none of them looked exactly great. He didn't push me in the least. My horse's well-being is paramount and I also would like to not have an accident with my truck and trailer so I just replaced them all. They worked super quickly to get me back on my way to the vet.
