I'm so happy I found this place. I stopped by about a year ago and have returned twice for 2 different vehicles. I can hereby say that on this third visit with yet another vehicle I will only come to this spot for all my tire needs. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. Rotations and balances are free when you buy a new set and that lasts for the length of the life of the tire. I grant them 5 stars despite their posted offering of a Star Bucks gift card. Heck I don't even drink coffee so, I don't need it. Rotate often and Prosper! read more

Unfortunately, I was a victim to tire and wheel theft but I called tire and wheel connection as soon as they opened and spoke with Don. He was so empathetic to my situation, gave me advice on what I needed and got everything fixed for me in less than an hour. He was also familiar with my insurance company and the claims adjuster and was able to get the whole process sped up for me. I thankfully had my car back the same day bc he knew I had to get back to work and life. The ladies at the front desk were also so sweet. We took our son here to purchase new tires and wheels for his truck. We were greeted by Deborah and she happily showed us some options for his truck and explained everything thoroughly. She even brought the wheels outside to hold them up to my son's truck so we could see what they would look like. Deborah printed out an estimate for the new tires and wheels we liked best. A month later we went back to this location to get the work done after my son had enough money to pay for the work. Deborah honored her original estimate and beat other store prices. The location installed his new Toyo Open Country tires and Fuel wheels within a reasonable time frame, and they look amazing! Great customer service, friendly personnel, honest employees! The first time I went into this place I purchased a set of wheels and tires for around $3000. Not only did they tell me that they had broken and replaced one of my sensors, I also had to go back 3 times before they were able to balance the wheels correctly. That should have been a sign. Last week I needed tires again and I was quoted a price online, then charged $100 more when I walked in (which the manager basically told me that they could charge whatever they wanted). Not only were the tires out of balance AGAIN when I left, 3 days after I paid $1100 for tires one of the tires had 4.5 lbs of air in it. I found air leaking from the valve stem and went back to get the problem fixed on Saturday to find out that they weren't open on the weekends. I returned today to resolve the issue. When I arrived and they removed the tire I found out that the air sensor which they told me that they had "fixed" was missing a rubber grommet and was attached with a wire. At that point the "friendly" manager, Jack, basically told me that they didn't do that that and that they don't know who has been working on my wheels. After pretty much calling me a liar to my face he told me that they would not be replacing the tire that I had been driving on 4.5 lbs of air before I found the problem because it was I that had "let the tire run flat" in 3 days. It was only after I had threatened to call Amex to get my money back that he had his guys put on a new tire. Once they corrected the problem and I left the rear tires were more out of balance then they were before I got there. This guy should obviously not be managing a service oriented business. For a place that their only job is to replace and balance tires, these guys do an extremely poor job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been using Tire & Wheel connection since 2007. I first went here in search of new wheels for my vehicle and picked them because it was so close to my house. I had such a good experience that I have now gone for multiple sets of tires, tire pressure sensors, and wheel cap replacements. I have called around to multiple places asking for prices and Tire and Wheel Connection always has the best pricing. For example the dealership was going to charge me $130.00 to replace a tire sensor. Tire and Wheel connection just charged me the price of the part $65.00 and changed it for me while they were rotating my tires. It is reasons like this that I will only go to them now. I have worked with multiple personnel and all have been friendly, polite, and helpful. I no longer live in this area but make the drive up to Northwest Houston just to use them! read more

These guys have a great overnight rim repair/ powder coating connection. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and found the counter sales team to be great to work with. I previously had my four Mercedes rims repaired and powder coated at a less than desirable establishment (Houston wheel repair -5 stars). After clipping a curb damaging one of the newly coated rims I brought it here for overnight repair. I was called first thing the next business day and arrived to find my rim to be perfectly repaired and refinished at a quality that exceeded my expectations. Reinstallation on my car was quick and professional. I will be having these guys refinish my other three rims as well. read more

I went to Tire & Wheel Connection to replace my damaged bent rim. They were so great! When I called my dealership to replace the rim they quoted me $450! But then they gave me this phone number. I called and was told only $120. The man I spoke with told me he would hold it for me and as soon as I got there they got me in and out with no hassels. They stuck by their price and even put my tire back on it as included in the price. I was so appreciative of their great customer service. The store was clean and organized. It's not even located near my home (about 30 min away) but I will go their if/when I ever need wheels or tires again. I recommend them to everyone. Hassel free and friendly! read more
