The steak had a strange after taste that I didn't care for so I too was disappointed because I am a huge churrasco or skirt steak fan. But don't give up on this cute little gem. That sauce was delicious, especially when you mixed it with the mofongo. We also got the Pechuga a la Carbonara ($19). This is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and mozzarella, breaded and fried with Carbonara sauce on top. I would compare this to a Chicken Cordon Bleu as it's very similar. Delicious nevertheless. If you're feeling like getting steak, then the Churrasco Z ($33) is for you. This is a Churrasco steak topped with a creamy parmesan cheese sauce, mushrooms, and bacon on top.
