There was no on-site bathroom for customers and no staff that I saw. Washers don't have Apple Pay ability, you have to download the Dexter app or pay cash -- they have a quarters exchange machine in the back. The other bummer for me was there was no place to sit except for a bench up front. I was hoping to take a seat at one of the folding counters and get some studying done. There were plenty of washers wide open with no one waiting for a washer, so don't use that excuse especially since you weren't there. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Like other reviewers said, the place is clean. The bathroom which I had to use was also clean to my standards.
