Good location, but could definitely use more work on the cleanliness aspect. They have various washing machines ranging from mini (2 loads) to ultimate (8 loads) with prices also ranging. The dryers are all 50 cents for 7 minutes. Dryers are not as great as other laundromats I've tried. The washers are fast, but water is very skimp. In addition the detergent/softener containers can use a deep clean since many have mold on them and residue. The dryers also had random stuff in them, which was very suspicious. As a parent who washes kids clothes in these, cleanliness is very important, so hopefully they work that. The machines are coin operated (change machine inside) or you can use the app to pay for your machine by number. They also have a small shop inside with laundry essentials. There is plenty of parking and carts available for ease on transporting your things. Bathrooms are very dirty as you can see. read more

Terrible customer service! The dryer machine stopped accepting coins after I inserted two. I called for help, and a young lady, who worked Nov. 30th Sunday 10 AM, came to check. She pressed the start button and assured me that the machine was working. I explained the issue and asked if I could move to another machine. She instructed me to wait for 7 minutes till the 2 coins time dryer before moving to the other machine. However, I didn't want to wait for 7 minutes cus I got to go home to drop off my groceries. I asked if she could stop the machine and return the two quarters so I could put my laundry in and leave. Of course, she threw the two quarters onto the tables. What an attitude! I've been using this laundry mat for a year, and it was always very early in the morning, so I've never encountered anyone at the counter. This was my first experience with them, and I'm definitely not returning. To share this experience so other people expect the customer service there. read more

This place is pretty nice, and I was really hoping for a good experience since I could use the DexterPay app and not have to bring quarters, but DexterPay is horribly buggy and difficult to use. For the washers, it was great -- since that's pretty simple -- pay and wash. But for the dryers, where I needed to add time when my clothes were still damp, it was terrible. In some cases, it refused to add time and just grayed out the button to do so. So I tried to "start a new load" in the same dryer and then it wouldn't accept that dryer number. So I ended up having to move my damp clothing to different dryer, just to get Dexter to work. Then finally, I just wanted to add a few minutes and so I just put quarters into the machine. But then of course it didn't track the dryer usage in the app. So I can't recommend using Dexter Pay for the dryers until it gets fixed. Use it for washers, but bring quarters for the dryers -- for me, that's a huge pain in the ass since I normally don't carry much cash. read more

Came here because my regular laundromat was closed for maintenance, and a couple other places nearby ran out of power, probably due to the extreme weather. Ended up at Wash Foundry, and the place was bright and clean with lots of machines available. Washer sizes are labeled as Mini, Basic, Standard, Extra, and Ultimate (of course the bigger, the more expensive... "Ultimate" costs $11). Dryer sizes are labeled as Standard, Extra, and Ultimate (for the "Standard" machines, every 5 minutes cost 25 cents at medium heat). My only complaint about this place is that they don't take credit cards, as it's super inconvenient (and there's no ATM on site, only a change machine for quarters). What bothers me more is that they say online on their Yelp page that they accept credit cards and they have the credit cards (Union Pay, Discover, Visa, MC, Amex) pictured and listed on their front door entrance window at the laundry facility... it's so misleading (if they have an attendant who can process a credit card and give customers change, they should state those hours clearly, because it's definitely not during their entire listed business hours). Putting $11 worth of quarters in a machine, one coin at a time, then going to the next machine and doing the same all over again, is not fun... I hate to complain about this, but my time is valuable, and it's 2022 now, I think it's okay to upgrade! Anyway, the worker cleaning the place was really nice, and because of him, those machine's were spotless. He also offered to help me carry my laundry basket full of clean clothes to my car. This laundromat is an absolute nightmare. The dryers don't work at all, and the management refuses to take responsibility for their faulty machines. I put my clothes in the dryer for 20 minutes, and they came out soaking wet! When I asked the evening attendant for a refund (Wednesday evening 11/27), he flat-out refused. Had a great experience here doing my laundry. I am visiting the area and have tried a couple places that were closer to me but I didn't enjoy going to either. I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 4p so not exactly prime time -- don't know how it compares to a weekend morning. I liked that it's in a kind of quiet shopping plaza. Parking was super easy. The laundromat was clean and quiet. There are all sizes of machines and plenty of them, the more modern front loaders. I only needed smaller ones. Two sizes of dryers that I saw. All the machines that I used worked well. There was one dryer that wasn't, but at least it was marked. There is a little "store" area in case you forget or run out of something. The woman who was there was watchful and helpful. There are a couple of businesses around it you could hang out (one sells pizza) at, but there were also benches inside to wait on. There was a sink that was stocked with cleanser and paper towels. The overall thing that impressed me was the cleanliness so I would definitely go back again. Someone mentioned in their review that machines are fast. I used the cold cycle and I think the whole thing was over in 30 mins. That's a plus to me haha. read more

I've come back to use the larger loads for comforters and the equipment continues to do its job. The machines still have a wet odor but so far the clothes doesn't smell when washed and dried. I'm able to get my quarters to wash without issues from the woman behind the desk. The restroom remains clean and in working conditions. My clothes is washed and dried without issue. While my past review includes areas that needed improvement and received an unprofessional response I still chose to do business here. I've been coming here for the past 13 years and I have had good experiences. But this last couple times I've gone the closer person has been very rude. I did write a review the last time I went because I know sometimes we have things going on at home and we forget we are at work. But today again I experienced horrible experience. There was customer putting his clothes to dry and my husband and I where waiting for him and wanted to give him his space and time to finish putting his clothes in the dryer the closer person comes we have are two carts and he take one away and tell us we can only have one when we have 4 dryers full of clothes. We told him we are waiting for the person to finish so we can take out our clothes as he is standing where we have our clothes and he does and checks tells me my dryer still has 1 more minute left that's a lot of time for me to have a cart. I told him that's dryer is not mine, ours are the ones that are done next to him and he kept saying no your dryer still has time. Even if I kept telling him that's dryer not my dryer he kept insisting it's mine. I told him I'm not going to be rude and tell the person to move out of my way so I can take my clothes out. Then he goes and proceed to see what dryer I'm talking and then tells me his going take it out for me. First of his wearing the gloves he has washing the bathroom with and been moping with my clothes are clean I don't want anyone to be touching my clothes. I told you are not going to take my clothes out and he didn't care he proceed to open my dryer dropped a sock of my husband was about to touch my husbands clothes until my husband has to go up to him and tell I said we going get out clothes. Then he laughed and walks away. The laundry mat was not busy at all there was plenty of washers, dryers and carts. I do not know he has against us we have never done anything to him. We kind are business we just go to wash and that's it. With this experience I do not plan in going back. I've been coming to this laundromat for years. I've had relatively ok experiences, however today was one of the worst here. I had used one of the washers and when the cycle ended the handle would not open the door. My mom, me and 4 costumers here attempted to open the door. Once we realized it was going to need an associates help, we called the number of the manager posted with the attendants times in the day as well. We called the number a total of 7 times over the almost hour we were waiting with no one picking up the phone. The manager would only answer through texts with vague answers and tardy responses. I had to pick up my brother at 2:20 from school and this is such a waste of time, when clearly it states there should be someone here to attend in those hours posted. Thanks manager that's cool and all but we've yet to have our clothes out of the washer and a response from you over the phone i assume since I posted this. It seems to be the only way we can get a quicker response is through a bad review. The thing is this would've been handled much quicker if there was simply more response from ur team. A quick no one is available at the moment but we will be there at a specified time wouldn't have wasted over an hour of my time awaiting on ur services. Seems like it would be a decent laundromat?... but DON'T trust the hours. It's a lie. I *desperately* needed to wash clothes tonight and wash foundry was "SUPPOSED" to still be open. I arrived at 9:40 and realized I forgot my detergent at home. So I RUSHED back home as fast as possible because I knew the last wash was at 10PM. I flew back, risking a ticket, because I have no clothes for tomorrow. I was so thankful when I pulled up at 9:55. Unfortunately, as I quickly started opening my trunk to unload, I was greeted (accosted may be more accurate) by a very rude employee that barked at me that they were closed and the last wash was at 10. I showed him my watch, that it was not ten yet, and how I rushed there TWICE to get there in time. Nope. He just kept pointing to his watch (which STILL didn't strike 10 yet) and rudely barking for me to leave and come back tomorrow. *In my head* Ummm SIR... I need clothes FOR tomorrow... like, have you never need laundry desperately before??? And your place is open for another whole HOUR... and your last wash cutoff still hasn't even actually happened. I'm sorry I don't have time for this. This was a waste of my time and 2 trips of my gas money. Gas is stinkin' $7/gal right now, and my time is worth even more than that. How are you going to offer an essential service to the community... clearly post your hours... and then turn people away when they arrive within the time you advertise? I've been washing at this location for over 5 years. Since the pandemic, the quality of care and cleanliness of the place has substantially decreased. You will often see people without mask, roaming around like it's 2018, and there is currently no range capacity. Prior to the pandemic, I would often see workers periodically wiping down machines, and sweeping. My visits range from 2-2.5 hours, and since the pandemic, I've noticed that machines aren't wiped down and basic sweeping rarely occurs. I appreciate the workers that show up for work, for these are strange times. Proceed with caution when using the facility. read more

Also, it use to be nice and cool inside because the ac was on and you didn't feel like you were in a sauna trying to do your laundry!! I dropped off a large comforter for their wash and fold service. The turnaround was ~24 hours and they returned the comforter in a large clean laundry bag. Small note that the comforter was not 100% dry on return - will request a higher temp / extra dry setting next time. The store is very clean and well-kept. I have been using their wash and fold service for a number of years. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. I dropped my laundry off at 10:15am on Tues and was told I could not get it back until Thurs at 5pm. I told the clerk I absolutely had to have it on Thurs. He said not a problem. I arrived Thurs at 5:10pm and the window was closed and no employees could be found. I tried calling the number listed on their website and got directed to voicemail. That laundry has my work uniform in it and I have to work tomorrow at 8am. Also because of my work schedule I will not be able to pick up my laundry until Tues (if they are there). Before I went to this location I looked it up online it clearly said the washers & dryers both accepted cashless payments, I couldn't find one machine that did so! I have been going to another wash place for over a year. I was very unsatisfied with how the clothes and sheets were turning out after each wash, so I finally tried to look for a new place. We found this place and I decided to try out the machines. The machines were definitely more expensive, but the most important thing is that the clothes and sheets came out clean--FINALLY! Some of that was my own fault as I'm not super familiar with these new machines and I definitely could have chosen machine sizes for my loads better, but the important thing is that these machines work! Came to wash ALL of my bedding, including extras that are used for guests which are coming into town. Probably amounted to 10 baskets. We used the biggest washers they had which fit everything and washed great. It was worth the price instead of running several individual machines. The washers and dryers are truly industrial strength and do the job thoroughly. Machines all worked and facilities were clean. All you can ask for in a laundromat. There wasn't an attendant at the front counter (why I removed a star) but luckily we didn't need anything because we were originally gonna get quarters with our debit card which you need an attendant for but luckily we had cash on hand, otherwise it would've been a wasted trip. read more

Very unprofessional and I do not recommend. UPDATE: I just laughed looking at the comment by the owner :-) She says my phone is disconnected for non-payment. Haha :-) Utter lie. Even if a connection is disconnected, no mobile provider will say why it is disconnected :-). Shows how unprofessional they are. We used rinse.com instead, and they are very professional. UPDATE: if you look at the second update from the business owner you can clearly see how irresponsible they are. They are exposing personal information about their customers in public forums, which is a clear violation of California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Luckily what is shared is not my phone number. The employee was very friendly and the variety of sizes in washing machines was really nice since i could fit a 3 foot hamper of clothes in one washer then half of one. I really wanted to give more stars because at night sometimes the other guy is so sweet and helpful. But....not everyone has the money to guess how much extra to cash in and bring for laundry coins. Some of us are broke and have to bring change or a visa/atm. Since there's no cash to get quarters for change it might be nice to actually have the machines that take the cards for cash. You should probably remove the cash register...i mean even I thought I could at least get quarters for my change. I had put all the change I had in this washer only to find the rest weren't quarters and no way to get more. But I've seen what happens when you leave a machine unattended with money in it.
