Normally, I wouldn't need to use a laundromat. But in an emergency situation, we needed a king sized comforter that needed to be cleaned. It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. After some trouble with trying out a new service, I found Clean Oak and simply couldn't be happier! I hired them to take care of my salon towels for my busier days and they have yet to disappoint. In fact, they actually extended their delivery range to accommodate me which I was grateful for. Their website is very user friendly. I'm able to rebook services on there as well as set up recurring wash and fold services which is super convenient. There's also plenty of modern perks for booking like automated texts letting you know the status of your order or when your driver will arrive. I LOVE THIS LAUNDROMAT! I went here twice because our dryer was broken and I honestly don't have high hopes however when I got here, it was super clean and all the washer is card operated, no need for coins, idk if it changed for a lot of laundromat to have no coin operated machines but I'm really liking that! No more hassle of getting your dollar bills changed to coins. I also love that there is always someone on the counter and they have a fully loaded detergent and all things laundry! They also have cameras all over the place, the equipment such as the metal basket for the clothes are clean and there are plenty of them for all. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have free drying all day!! I'm writing this just for the sake of providing feedback and improving future processes. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are free dryer use days, and the process of getting your laundry loads dried for free has changed each time I've gone. When I initially started coming on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I would have to ask the employees to override the machine. The following times, you just press "start" on the dryers and the dryers would automatically start. When I came more recently, there were signs on the dryers that were a bit confusing, so I asked for clarification with one of the employees, and I was put in a very uncomfortable situation. I know very little Spanish, and I tried my best to communicate with the little Spanish I knew. The employee kept speaking Spanish to me so I tried to pull out my phone to use Google translate. She started pointing aggressively at the machines and seemed to get visibly frustrated. She eventually pulled out a translating app on her phone, which resolved the issue, but I became pretty overwhelmed after the fact and ended up leaving. I completely empathize that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are busy days, but there is a level of kindness that should be extended. In terms of accessibility, it would be helpful for customers if the business included instructions of different processes, such as "Steps for Free Dry Days" in English or even in other languages. This way, the information is accessible to a wider audience, and it can potentially decrease the instances that customers would need to ask questions. read more

I arrived at the laundromat at 8:50 p.m. to start my last wash, as the posted sign clearly states that last wash is at 9:00 p.m. However, the staff member working tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me in front of my son. She raised her voice, told me I should "respect that she's cleaning and not wash," and made inappropriate and racially insensitive comments about me speaking both English and Spanish. She also began gossiping about me with other customers, which was very upsetting and humiliating. The doors were open, and I entered within the proper time. I don't think it's fair to be treated this way simply because she wanted to close early. I hope management can address this situation appropriately. I went in this morning with three bags of laundry, mostly towel, towels, sheets, etc. I spoke to a very nice man named Rafael, who was kind enough to help me. I did the wash and dry service that they offer, and it was totally awesome! They go by the pound, so I had about 29 pounds worth of laundry. It was around $60. It was ready in two hours! I was sent a text message when it was ready, and I went to pick it up and Rafael help me put the bags of laundry in my car. I walk with a cane so this was extremely helpful. Such a nice guy! The laundromat was extremely clean, which can be very rare now nowadays. I felt very comfortable there. I paid to have my laundry just washed and dried. There was no need to fold it, but Rafael folded it and put everything in neat plastic bags, which he then put in my laundry bags. I even called and spoke to the owner, to ask her to thank him for folding my laundry. I asked her if I needed to pay her for the folding of the laundry, even though it wasn't required. I wanted to do the right thing. She said there was no charge! It was so pleasant talking to her. She seemed very nice. I came in once before, when I was investigating the laundromat, as I work right in the shopping center there at the music Academy and thought it would be a very convenient place to bring laundry when I needed to have things washed that are too big for my small washing machine at home, and there was a Hispanic woman working there and she was very nice also. I didn't see her there today, so I'm wondering if they're looking for bilingual folks to work for them. It seems like a nice place to work. I will definitely be telling friends about this place as well as my coworkers who are also music teachers, who may find their busy schedules could use a good clean laundromat like this one. I highly recommend this place! Rafael and Coco are the owners, and they seem like good honest people. Decent laundry mat,.. free dry on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but Machines are a bit too expensive so it like you're still technically paying for a dry!, and the smaller machines that's cost $6.50 a wash don't even dispense enough water get a proper wash. Good evening Management Team, First of all, I'd like to note the laundromat is clean, organized and well equipped. I'm fairly new to the area and returned to wash some more laundry for just the second time but had an unpleasant customer service experience due to one bad employee. The first time I used this laundromat, there was a very helpful, friendly young lady who worked there. This time around there was an older Hispanic female employee who was very rude, condescending and made some very disgusting remarks. As a new customer, I am not too familiar with the specific hours of operation. I noticed my card required additional balance, I made my way to the area to reload my laundry card and then planned to remove my laundry to come back a different day. Next thing I know there's that older Hispanic female employee who approached me in a very impolite, condescending way questioning me. I politely advised that I will reload my card and then withdraw my laundry and return a different time. I proceeded to go remove my laundry and personal laundry belongings and she was there making rude comments implying that I didn't have money and that it looked like I had no class. I advised her to stop harassing me or I'd be forced to call her supervisor to report her inappropriate behavior. This experience was super disappointing and now I don't feel comfortable coming to use the service since I don't want to be harassed by this unprofessional individual. I spent quite a bit of money last time I used the service. I'd be happy to return once this employee receives some very needed counseling and discipline. read more

The employee working at the time had items sitting in the machines and was not clearing them, which prevented customers from using them. On Sunday December 14th, 8 AM to 12 PM, the Clean Oak Laundromat didn't have many accessible dryers and carts available for customers. All the washers were effectively washing but by the time people had to load dryers there was complete disorder. We had 2 extra large washers and 2 medium size washers. Luckily, we had 2 carts when we arrived at 8 AM. As more people arrived there was less carts available for everyone to have at least one or 2 for their laundry loads. There are 2 long folding tables and 2 short tables. One side of the long table was taken by the employee folding clothes for the wash/food drop offs. The people that needed space to fold had to fold without it and others were asking for tables when they were already taken. We only had the short table to fold lots of clothes on. We had to continuously take out our half dried clothes to add more clothes to swiftly dry everything quicker. We only had 2 large size and 3 small size dryers. This is the 1st time it has taken us 4 hours to get our laundry properly washed, dried, and folded. I understand that this facility has a wash/fold business for customer drop offs, which tends to take what is left of the available washer and dryers. Their restroom toilet was super messy since it wasn't being routinely cleaned with the amount of customers accessing it. Also, bathroom door was left open for anyone to access it because the card reader broken. There requires to be at least two employees to keep up with the demand of the busy services. We noticed the one employee overwhelmed with work. Besides, the front of the store trash cans were over filled and spilled trash on the sidewalk. They urgently need a security guard for the homeless people that grumpily walk around scoping for clothes, using the toilet without doing laundry, and stealing carts. Please help fix the broken dryers that causes people to argue over the lack of working machines and available carts. You may lose many customers because of this. After a year of going here, it has turned into a not very "Clean" Oak Laundromat. read more

The laundromat appears clean the machines are nice but the floors could use a sweep I genuinely did not want to drop my clean clothes onto the floor as it requires some upkeep. It was quiet, had an area for kids to play was not very busy! I did not like they have poinsettias inside the laundromat as I am allergic so I was itchy and will require Benadryl when I'm done with the wash here. While the facility is clean and nice looking, every time I have washed my clothing here, it comes out looking worse than before. I have had 3 different shirts come out completely stained and ruined. I approached the staff and they shrugged their shoulders. When I messaged the owner, they told me that since it was only a few pieces of clothing and because they have not received other complaints, they are not at fault. They said I got grease stains in my shirts- this is untrue as my shirts had no stains on them prior to using their machines. read more

I had not been to a laundromat in almost a decade when I found myself needing the services. I've been to this laundromat twice now and am incredibly pleased with my experiences. The attendants are super proactive in cleaning and asking if customers need any help. I was able to get all of my laundry done in one of their larger machines (x8 load capacity for $11.25) and I only paid $1.25 for the dryer. Super clean. This shop is so nice I still haven't found the need to run out and replace my dryer. The machines work well. The place is spotless. The employees are so pleasant. I can run in and get all my laundry done at once instead of spending all day at home. As for the review that said the machines were 11.75 well yes because it is a high volume washer that takes 8 loads. Also this is a place of business, they don't need to offer you the restroom. My machine broke down and I needed a laundromat but I was dreading it!! So lucky to find Clean Oak on yelp and tried it out. I love this place!! It's so clean, bright, well- ventilated and they have huge machines so I was out of there in less than 2 hours when I thought I'd be there all day. The girl who works there doesn't speak English, but it's pretty easy to use everything and she's super friendly and constantly cleaning. Bring your own detergent or they sell it, and you can use a credit card for the machines and FREE dryer use on Tuesday and Wednesday! I went here today to do four large Hefty garbage bags full of laundry and was so impressed with this place! I called ahead before I went in to check how busy it was, and the owner told me to come on in. She graciously informed me over the phone how the membership card worked and how to get started since it was my first time visiting. It was super easy to get started, and let me tell you the place was immaculate inside!The attendant was working her behind off the entire time to keep the place super clean and inviting. During the time I was there, she swept, disinfected all of the washer and dryer drums and let me tell you it was spotless!!! Not to mention it smelled lovely inside the washer and dryer drums which was a nice little touch! This place was lovely and the ladies working there were working hard the entire time. First off, the staff Katherine is such a sweetheart! Since this was my first time using their services, she asked me about washing and drying preferences.
