Docking the boat and grabbing some food and beer while the sun is setting, is such a vibe (as the kids say). However, having an inattentive server that doesn't check on you, while you wait 70 min for your food on a kinda busy Wednesday night. To me that is unacceptable. By the time I got my food, after 70 min wait, it was wrong. To the restaurants credit, the manager did offer to make me a fresh burger. At that point I lost my appetite. I was so disappointed! Will I be back...maybe? I'm not itching to go back any time soon though . And if you have or know someone with a boat you can get these views in a lot of other places on the lake. The one aspect that is egregious and I can't overlook is $12 for a side salad with a sprinkle and I mean a sprinkle of chicken ($6 upcharge!!!). You would never be able to tell that there was chicken on there unless someone told you. Views- 5 stars Food - 3 (mid but passable. Not from me since my order was wrong.) Last night I went again and ordered a Fiddler cheeseburger with onion rings, firecracker shrimp, Fiddler fries and I went ahead and got chicken wings. If I get home I found that the chicken wings were cooked to perfection, the Fiddler cheeseburger was very good but they don't put condiments on it. They offer you packets but you have to put it on yourself so I whipped out some ole Duke mayonnaise and ketchup and did it myself, the firecracker shrimp were good and the Fiddler fries were mediocre. Overall the experience was good though and I was really impressed. By the way, the onion rings were fantastic. I think they make them there. They're themselves. They don't seem to be pre-breaded. I got there just as they opened at 4:00 and they got slammed almost immediately because it was a nice day on the lake and everybody was wanting something to eat. I'll be back. It was good.

1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service experience…read more I was the ONLY person in line and made it all the way through the salad stations. All that was left was lids for my dressing, bread, paying, and leaving. Another customer walked in BEHIND me and instead of finishing my order, the employee completely stopped helping me and took the new customer through the ENTIRE line while I stood there waiting. I then had to wait 5-8 minutes while the second customer slowly decided on ingredients and changed her mind multiple times. The person behind me got almost full uninterrupted service while I -- the first customer in line -- was left standing there waiting. What made it even worse was the manager's response. He defended the employee, told me she "did nothing wrong," and completely dismissed my frustration with a "have a nice evening." The issue wasn't just the wait. It was being skipped over and then treated like my frustration didn't matter. I've been there around 5 times in the last month, but after this experience, I will never return.
