The flavor profile is a savory and comforting taste increased by the pieces of bone in the soup. You can tell the soup was slow cooked with the tender pieces of tripe so soft. The broth was mid-rich with pieces of yuca roots that slightly thickened it with its natural starches. What makes their version of tripe soup unique from other restaurants is the addition of coconut milk. It added a subtle but distinguishable coconut taste to it.
