He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. Now let's get to what we got ( and yes there are some out of their control issues ) During service the ( friendly) part kind of disappeared, yes he was fighting wind but what do you expect when you show up with a Lowe's purchased blackstone ? He kept losing the flame to which I find odd since I have the same black stone I cook on in the same back yard . We help facilitate moving his set up and putting up an ez up asking with a grill cover to help block the wind. We understood that it was not ideal conditions , however his frustrations seemed to take over. Food quality was good ( the steak was prime and cooked well, rice was done to restaurant quaility, chicken was under cooked by about 4 minutes ( but understanding wind issues ) we looked past that. Now here comes the fun part .. the total paid .. and what comes after .. edited There was some misunderstanding about the total gratuity that thought should have been paid out.
