From their professional but friendly attitude, to their exceptional service, they truly went above and beyond to make sure my best friend's wedding was a night to remember! My wife said that Isaac was very good at communicating during the planning stages and kept up the secret very well. He and his staff were very professional and attentive. The personal service the whole evening spoiled us - from setting the table, passing the seemingly unending appetizers, filling our water and wine glasses, clearing the table, and cleaning up afterward like they weren't ever even there. It was fun to watch them in our kitchen preparing these fine dishes. They brought everything they needed to prepare and cook our choices. The food was absolutely fabulous. We had the charcuterie board (I could have made a meal just out of the variety on the board!), the hand-folded crab wontons (very generously filled with fresh tasting crab), the mini Korean tacos (not really mini-could have made a meal out of them too!), and the pan-seared scallops - soooo good! For dinner we had the pear walnut salad and choice of Guinness Braised Short Ribs or Eggplant Charlotte and Crème Brûlée for dessert. Everyone raved about the food. Just WOW! My family had a surprise 60th birthday party for me on Saturday. It was a sit down dinner for 18 people and every single guest commented on the amazing food and service. They served a beautiful charcuterie platter along with tray passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner was the most delicious butternut squash soup that even people who said they didn't like butternut squash raved about it. Not sure where to start but let me just say the food was amazing, we had surf and turf for dinner (haven't had a steak so good in a long long time). This last weekend we had My Pro Fresh Chef come out and do a personal chef/catering event for us. What an amazing experience it was. The food was beyond tasty and amazing, we had shrimp cocktail for appetizers (cocktail sauce was delicious and tons of shrimp to go around). For our main course we had a salad with a maple vinaigrette that was so delicious I had to ask if I could keep some extra for later on lol. Now the main event/dish was surf and turf, the lobster had a delicious garlic butter sauce on it that tasted absolutely perfect. Now the filet mignon was my favorite part of the entire night, first off it was wrapped in bacon which who doesn't love bacon, it was cooked perfectly (medium rare to medium) and the sauce was was blue cheese with bacon bits. I am drooling just writing and thinking about that steak again. Last but not least the staff was amazing (all had masks and proper attire), our server doubled down and bartended for us as well which was awesome and the chef made the night perfect with the amazing food.
