I would say the birria was like a 4/5 from me - it was very good but a bit too greasy, and they also didn't include napkins, which kind of made it worse. It had a ton of limes with it, and for some reason a ton of cucumbers as well, both of those were on the side. The consommé was pretty good with it, but I had to put a lot of lime on the tacos to really bring out the flavor, which I shouldn't have to do. The reason this review is three stars and not four is because of the Horchata, which unfortunately I would give like two stars. It was very chalky and not very sweet. Definitely a bummer because I love horchata so I was looking forward to having it with my meal. My driver actually forgot it, but brought it back so I had to make an extra trip down to my hotel lobby for it as well, though of course that is not the fault of the restaurant. It arrived kind of lukewarm as well. I'm still sipping it as I write this review, but it was definitely a huge disappointment. Overall, I would order from this restaurant again if in the area, but I would probably try the quesadilla or something else from the menu.

We found them at FtMyers Brewery. We had the special of the day Short Ribs . (Wow!!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, topped with Chimichurri. The meat fell off the bone. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!! My order took about 10 minutes to prepare and I was ready for action. I was pleasantly surprised to see the sandwich consistent of medallions of what appeared to be a very nice sirloin. It was extremely tender and pretty flavorful with the caramelized onions and garlic aioli it came with. The bun was soft and the fries that accompanies it were well seasoned (celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt?). Where I was disappointed was the small amount of cheese that was on the sandwich. I absolutely love cheese especially when combined with steak on a hoagie roll, so I wish there would have been a bit more on this sandwich.
