    Inside of Taqueria Jilasco

After hearing good things about this restaurant, I recently stopped by for a takeout dinner. The inside is decorated with Mexican flair, nice job. As the name implies, they do mostly tacos, and add a few classic dishes like burritos, Tortas and quesadillas. I decided on the chicken gringa, with cheese, onion and cilantro, wrapped in a flour tortilla. Hubs wanted the beef burrito, which was supposed to come with a side of beans, but didn't. Although he was disappointed to miss the beans, he liked the burrito and I enjoyed trying a Mexican entree that I hadn't tried before. The menu has a good selection of tacos and meals are served with a generous amount of various salsas. Warning, they are hot, but very tasty! The service is fast and the horchata I ordered while waiting for dinner, was cold and refreshing. This is a restaurant to visit when you are ready for some good Mexican food. They do takeout and there is plenty of room for dining in. The desert menu includes flan and churros, a great reason to return.

Our daughter loved authentic atmosphere and food! Thank you for great experience!

Authentic place with great menu! Soup, loaded nachos and quesadilla a must to try! Thank you for hospitality

When people say this is the place for some good authentic Mexican food in Naples they were not lying. Wow this place has some good food. The staff is extremely friendly and it has your typical Mexican vibe. We had the pozole which is only served on the weekends. Huge portions and so much flavor. Their homemade hot sauces are my favorite. You can't have tacos and Mexican food without some good hot sauce. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

    The view.

I love this place! I have to make a stop here every time I go to the west coast. This is authentic Mexican food. And the staff here is so nice. They might not know English but they will find someone that does and can help. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I'm their best fan from the east lol.

Just living life, drinking . God is good.

Most delicious & authentic Mexican food I've found in the area. It's a half hour drive for us, but well worth the drive.

Inside feels like you are dining in a small village in Mexico. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Our drinks and food arrived fairly quickly. The shoutouts go to the Quesabirria taco plate (so flavorful) and the mixed fajitas (chicken seasoned perfectly and a generous amount of meat)! We would go back for both of those plates. The Al Pastor taco was average tasting, a bit on the dry side. The tamale was also just average. It might have been a bad batch, because it totally fell apart and the meat inside could have been more flavorful. The beans were tasty, but very runny, almost like bean soup. The margaritas were good, you couldn't taste the tequila, but it was definitely there. And, how can you go wrong with a cold Modelo with a lime slice and a shot of salt??? The chips were thin and crisp, the salsa's were more like sauces to us. The red was thick and quite hot, the green was thin and spicy but not too hot. Mixing them together formed an ideal blend. We recommend giving La Casa Del Taco a try!

It was nice to sit outside but I think our server forgot about us for a while... The quesabirria and fajitas were very good, but everything else was lowkey a skip. Skip the queso dip, there's not enough chips, skip the à la carte tacos, overpriced for how small they were. Just kind of a bust with a good view.

We only wanted a variety of apps so she gave some good suggestions. She was attentive and efficient. The food she suggested: elote, very good! We did get the guac and chips too to use the chips with the elote. That was the problem. The guac was somewhat tasteless, but the chips were very bad. They tasted like they were made in old rancid oil and they make them onsite. They even smelled like old oil. We let her know and she brought a new batch. Still tasted bad. We suggested her to try them and she did and agreed they were not up to par. I felt the grease even coated my tongue. The cornbread was excellent. Because the chips were so bad we got the guac and rest of the elote to go so we can eat at home with some good chips. We got the bill and even though they agreed they weren't as good as normal they still charged us for everything. That is a problem. She should have had them take them off the bill. We still tipped 18% but that isn't good when they don't make it right. We may give them another chance but still charging males that less likely for sure.
