This is a real hidden gem! Don't let the outside fool you! It's much nicer and larger on the inside than it seems like outside. The pico de gallo was fresh and very flavorful. The chips were warm and tasty. My husband said his three tacos were flavorful, juicy, and each distinctly different. He had ground beef, chicken, and chorizo. I had steak and shrimp tacos. I had mine Mexican style and he had his American and we both loved them. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. They have a full menu and a big bar with a dance floor in the back. My coworkers typically go here for lunch once a week. I have been here several times with them and on other occasions. The food is OK. The service is fine. The restaurant needs a lot of cleaning up and repairs. I stopped going because of dietary restrictions and a fear of getting food poisoning from the less-than-clean looking environment. I would consider returning if they clean up the place. Until then I am staying away. read more

El Sol is a great restaurant if you have dietary restrictions because they have menu choices that can please most anyone. Being gluten-free AND sometimes vegetarian, they have vegetable fajitas and excellent guacamole and wonderful salads. There was more food presented than I could eat in one sitting. Couldn't find this place in Yelp to review it, because it has changed names. It is called Cielo Mexican Grill and Bar. The atmosphere is festive. It is very small with 2 separate rooms. The room in the back has a bar-top, and has room for larger parties. The salsa tastes a little different than other Mexican places...not bad, just different. It kind of a strong chili-powder flavor to it, but I did like it. The service was decent, not great, for as small as it is. The food was good too. I'm not sure I would seek out this place, but I would definitely go back. The menu is very big with lots of variety. Check this place out. read more

Had my first meal at this place yesterday at lunch with my mom. Wow! The california burrito was amazing and I still have half of it leftover for lunch today. The outside is a little deceiving; you would never guess how beautiful and very large the restaurant is inside. I highly recommend this restaurant! This place has my favorite burrito. Who knew cucumbers would go great with queso and chicken? Absolutely love the freshness it brings a heavier dish. Wife and I ate there last night. It is Mexican food as it should be. It's not the ground beef, ground pork like you get everywhere else. We really enjoy it and we will be going back. Service was great and the cute gals are top notch. My meal should have been served for two people, it was way to much for one person to eat but it was very good tonight as I finished it up. A single gal who travels and eats out alone quite a bit, I frequent the places I LIKE and pass my experiences along as well. I have eaten at El Sol several times and also at La Troja in town. El Sol wins HANDS down from the cleanliness of the place (including the potty!), to the service, food and margarita. The food is truly fresh and hot when served. The three times I have ordered a margarita it tasted freshly made unlike La Troja where it tasted like a cheap mix. They have real homemade salsa (or it appears to be!), a great staff who've always treated me well and kindly -even when I came in a half hour to closing which I did not realize because they treated me the same as if I were in at 6:00PM. Even on that night my food was fresh, made to order and hot. I would not expect that to be true of a LOT of restaurants. (My meal at La Toja was cold and blah---and was during their regular dinner hours). I am an extremely picky foodie and since I can cook badly at home I don't want to pay for bad food when I go out! El Sol has never disappointed -ever. Keep up the good work ladies and gents! I will be a regular as long as I am here in Warsaw. read more
