He advised about how the new tattoo would look long term and helped me to find the perfect size and placement. He was so nice throughout the entire process and in the end it turned out amazing. The artist arrived late, then refused to do the agreed-upon design--offering excuses and pushing her own ideas instead. This should have been discussed well before the appointment, not once we were already in the chair. When the client canceled due to the artist's attitude and unwillingness to perform the requested work, the shop still charged a cancellation fee of over 50%--despite no tattoo being done and no ink applied. We paid several hundred dollars for absolutely nothing. Be cautious booking here--communication, accountability, and respect for clients were sorely missing.
