You can see the little puestito outside where they're making the tacos. They sell two things: tacos dorados (hard) de barbacoa and tacos blandos (soft) de barbacoa. That's it! Stick to the dorados. Make sure you get a large horchata to help with the salsa as it's gonna make you sweat! Ask for grilled onions and jalapeños on the side.
