We have a great time every time we go to this beach, so family friendly. Clean and not crowded at all. We love the pool and the night we went they had live music. We then woke up to the sunrise over the ocean, the best place to stay.

Its in a quiet area right on Mexico beach. The room is outdated but clean and has a window with a great view.

Shoutout to Kennedy...she does a bit of everything from leading the wine tasting to pouring beer to leading the Dance Party and Karaoke! LOVED the fact that the rooms come with their own washer & dryer too! if you're looking for the beach, well, you're not going to get it here. it's about 30 minutes away. this resort is great for families that just want to hang out poolside or for golfers. only complaint i had was that the list of restaurants, given out by concierge, described one of the restaurants as sitting on "the gulf of america" found it offensive that somebody had to insert their political views into a resort that was meant to get away from the world & relax.

The amenities are fantastic and definitely worth the extra fee. They have a hula in the evenings that they encourage people to attend. The food at the bar is acceptable and the drinks are good, especially the margarita is strong. The other sugary drinks might not do their job. Front desk weren't especially open for discussion when asked where the sofa-bed went. And the hotel was full?? A huge miscalculation in the equation for us, since we planned for 5 days stay. It was expensive also and was chosen due to that it fitted 6 pax... One in the party sweared to oceanfront and that was indeed breathtaking. So we went to Walmart and bought an air mattress, but obviously not so good option to sleep for 5 nights. The resort however was clean and the staff in general was attentive and service minded. Especially the staff at the front door was one of a kind. In the steaming hot weather there was always a smile and we will fix attitude when golf cart picked and dropped us to the parking lot. The food in the View bar was great, but a little more attentiveness could have been better. The restaurant had also amazing food, butpricey. It helped that you get 25 paper money for each day that can be spent in the bars or the eating places in addition to kids under 11 eat free. The ice cold water, fused with berries and the ice cold tea is a work of genius, placed outside by the pool and the lobby. The cost for an umbrella and a couple of chairs 60 dollars at the beach is pricey, so go to Walmart and buy instead chairs for the entire tour for the cost of one day. The beach was clean but unfortunately too much seaweed, so that was a minus. Rooms weren't cleaned but the towel and garbage was changed and picked. We had to book that a day prior. We didn't have a roomphone that worked the entire trip, in addition the drawer by the bed, wouldn't close. That was also annoying but again the pools, the oceanfront view and the beach all made up for that. So all in all, new experience and fun for the small kids but we will look for other option that aren't that pricey but with oceanfront. It was many of those that weren't listed online that were better in terms of location and cost

Best Family Vacation in a Long Time!…read more Began searching in January 2019 for a beach house at Cape San Blas. When we stumbled on Two Palms Villa located On The Beach, I knew this was it! Stayed in touch with the owners, Peter & Lydia Burns. (Burns Management) Once the clean up & construction on this hidden gem was complete, they posted pictures. All new decks, walkway to beach w/bench, additional bedroom,Smart TV w/Sirius XM, large kitchen w/large sink, all the amenities you could ask for & more... recommend checking this out before booking. Was like our own private beach, our Grandkids & Grandtoddlers and Waylon our Lab loved playing and running in the White Sand. Candy greeted our first arrivals, we had a packed house! Both Candy and the owners were available to answer any questions, Peter & Lydia took care of our only issue... the trash pick up in a matter of 1 hour. By far this was the best family vacation in a long time. Our 3 Son's, their family and Nana along with Waylon will have ever lasting memories of our stay at Two Palms Villa. Lot's of family time, fire on the beach w/smores. Of course we enjoyed the Hot Tub. Cannot wait until next year. Blessed to have all together for a short week. Many thanks to Lydia & Peter Burns and Candy and Kit!!! Date of arrival - June 8, 2019

With adult children and young grandchildren, it suits our needs to a T... large bedrooms with King beds and a bunk room for the kids. Space for everyone to spread out no matter what you want to do. There is a beautiful pool, grills and a place under the house to clean fish if you love to fish. And it is a very short walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and the sand. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, grilling utensils....you name it and you will find it. Marvelous decks surround the house if you want to read or enjoy your morning coffee outside this house is for you. There are doors from each bedroom to a deck area, so you don't have to disturb the whole house to sit outside. 3 Palms is close to seafood markets and also close to the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar where you can enjoy shrimp, oysters and cold beer in a very laid back atmosphere. We also feel like the owners Peter and Lydia and also Donna are now part of our family . They call and check on you send emails with attachments of things to do or see, and Donna (the concierge) is a phone call away to help with anything from babysitters to making sure you are comfortable during your stay. The only thing I hate about 3 Palms is that we have to leave at the end of our vacation!!!! See you next year!!!!!!!

There is a grocery store right across the street. The deck off our room was great for morning coffee and evening ice cream. The owner who manages the motel is friendly and very helpful. Cons: the kitchenette is very, very basic. The reason we booked here over the El Govenor was for the kitchenette and we were very disappointed in the lack of utensils and dishes. The cupboards and drawers were dirty inside. The coffee maker needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner is also very loud. We turned it off at night, slept without blankets and listened to the waves. Cleanliness. I had no doubt the bedding was clean but the floors were very dirty upon arrival. I remove my shoes when walking in a door and When I took off my motorcycle boots and socks to walk around and unpack, my feet were sandy and dirty within minutes. There are no brooms or floor cleaning items provided and the room isn't serviced at all during the stay. It's a good thing I brought extra soap because we needed it. There are also no beach towels provided. We had to buy those across the street. To be fair, I think many families and couples coming to Mexico Beach arrive in fully packed cars, not on a motorcycle or flying in from elsewhere. The other guests appeared to be those well prepared families. That said, at $130 USD a night, I expected a cleaner room and more conveniences like dishes, daily room cleaning (especially floors given the sand factor!) and beach towels.

In fact, no one even apologized for our nightmare or offered to assist us, besides moving our luggage. If you have ever been faced with Bedbugs (this was our very first experience) then you will know the nightmare that we had, and are still going through 5 weeks post vacation.) Bedbugs aside, this place is disappointing to say the least. The website states "luxury vacation". This place has ZERO luxury. It is best described as rustic camping on the beach on an island. No restaurants, no bars, barely any staff, FILTHY rooms! (After we were reassigned a new bungalow, I spent 8 hours cleaning it.) The owner asked why we stayed if our experience was so bad. Let's remember that we are on an Island!!! We took a plane, and then It took us 6 hours to get there by boat! We don't have a car, and we don't have anywhere else to go! We didn't have a lot of options being part of a group. Also worth noting, the bungalow that we were reassigned to didn't even have running water in one of the bathrooms. We were told that this is a common problem on the island and nothing can be done! So we all had to share one small bathroom!!! For $850 night, we expected running water and clean rooms. After a 4 week battle we were refunded half of our money. That means the other half of our money went to pay for a filthy bungalow and one non usable master bathroom. So if you want a rustic beach vacation with no amenities, little staff, a dirty rental, and bedbugs, then this is the vacation spot for you! Just remember to bring your own cleaning supplies!
