I came back the next year, and they added yellow caution tape for safety precautions. Another thing is that the rooms have a good view of the beach/ocean.

The food is not expensive either. They have events several nights a week that both kids and adults can participate in. Got here and our parking pass wouldn't let us in the parking structure until 4pm (normal check in time). Was told they would refund me, they never did and keep giving me the runaround. The listing on VRBO stated there was a hot tub, there is not. They blamed VRBO and said that has been on the listing for 5 years and no one ever brought it up before. The condo was dirty and damaged. Will never book through them again.

That completely lied to me and didn't even offer any type of compensation for the jam they left me in. 4th of July week and hardly no options to fit my family of 20. Completely and utterly disgusted. Great, safe, friendly feeling place. Truly VERY close to the beach -- when someone says "just steps to the beach" I'm always like "Well.... how many steps do you mean because like 2 miles is still steps..." but in this case (we were in building C which isn't even the closest) it truly was about a one minute walk - maybe 2 minutes with small kids. I also really liked the rinse-off hoses and showers when you cross into the parking lot -- those saved us a lot of discomfort, mess, and even laundry. They aren't fancy, and it isn't flashy, but this place is clean, comfortable, and really good for families with young kids. The pool is nice, the views are good from most of the units, and we would definitely come back again.

Not all of the condos offer Wi-Fi which is why I only gave it four stars... I would've given it five stars if the Wi-Fi was available. There are a couple different companies that you can rent from for the nautical watch location. We rented it from two different rental companies and they both were fantastic.

This is an absolutely great place to vacation or spend some time with friends, family or…read moresignificant other. The property is kept very clean and security are on top of things. Quiet time is from 10 to 10. The nice things about it, is there are more owners than weekly rentals. So don't have all the traffic and congestion. The pools are not overcrowded and the pool deck always has chairs available. The beach access is nice as well it is not over crowded and kept clean. The location is past all the congestion of the strip, and it is easy to get on any road and go. Pier Park with traffic was 20 mins on 98. A few notes, they don't have programs to entertain kids, there are kids but they are few younger ones. There is only 3 units per floor, which is nice. They are all big and most rooms windows face the gulf! Overall this is a great property for beach time fun with out too much of the touristy mess the other properties on the strip bring!

However- if you grew up in little hotels in the 70's like me, you'll suffer a nostalgia stroke here. Built solidly, with tiny rooms and freezing air conditioning, impeccably clean (inside), this place has comfortable beds, fresh sheets and towels, a 9' deep swimming pool, and a distant view of the ocean. Beach access is an easy stroll, and there are a couple of good local dives within walking distance ( I heartily recommend Patches bar and grill). We only stayed here one night, but even with the place packed we had a very quiet and restful stay. Rates are the cheapest we've found in PCB. Stay on the pool side, 2nd floor.

rates were cheap, but the room was not as nice as the pictures made it seem. there was sand all on…read morethe floors & in the beds before we even went to the beach. the irony in that is, they kept my deposit because "there was sand left over" and because we "didn't clean the room" (we left dishes in the sink). I thought that's what housekeeping was for, but who am I ? don't stay here, they'll make up any excuse to keep your deposit and honestly you're better off spending a little extra for a better experience.

The beaches here are beautiful but definitely get crowded.

LOVED the fact that the rooms come with their own washer & dryer too! if you're looking for the beach, well, you're not going to get it here. it's about 30 minutes away. this resort is great for families that just want to hang out poolside or for golfers. only complaint i had was that the list of restaurants, given out by concierge, described one of the restaurants as sitting on "the gulf of america" found it offensive that somebody had to insert their political views into a resort that was meant to get away from the world & relax.
