Caesar met me and my son the next day and he was so Kind and compassionate. His kind demeanor calmed my nerves and he reminded me; stuff happens it's going to be okay. Just needed to get my tire changed after work, not even a tow. 45 minute wait later and no one shows up. No one picks up and the voicemail is full. Someone calls me back on a different number and says they're about 15 minutes out. 25 minutes later I get a text they confirmed they arrived with my roadside assistance. 15 minutes later I'm on the phone getting a new dispatch. I'm still here 2 hours later. I'm pretty easy, things happen. But ghosting someone who is stranded is just plain disrespectful. If you're ever in a situation where they get selected as your dispatch just stop them their and ask for someone else. If you're considering them on your own accord, you can do better. My truck broke down and Castillo's saves the day. When I called and even though I woke him up, he was friendly and respectful. He showed up within 30 minutes as promised. He was professional and took the extra time to put extra tie down on my truck because it is on the larger size. He was chatty and nice during the whole process and he charged me a fair rate. My mom recently got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, peak Covid, and was unable to physically get the car to the shop she needed to take it to. After trying with one company, only to be told no because they weren't open on Sunday's (weird) my mom tried Castillo's Towing. A gentleman greeted my mom and told her he'd be right there to help her out. Not much later did the gentleman show up, help get the car to the shop, but also found it in his heart to be a kind and amazing human being in the midst of a pandemic and the Arizona heat. Really appreciate him coming out last night. My family got stranded as my car got a flat. With no spare available, I was forced to get a tow. The flat came right as a giant storm came through. Most tow truck drivers would not have picked me up but he did. It was pouring rain with tons of lightning. He even helped me get the car in my garage when he unloaded. I can't speak highly enough of the trick operator/ owner, Caesar and the the service he provided. From the start I knew I'd be going with this guy. I called him first, shopped around and he still beat the fields pricing by a considerable margin, all while providing a great experience. He was patient when the tow yard took an inexplicably long time to pull my truck and then took the initiative to retrieve the vehicle himself when their staff was unable to move cars in the way. He was friendly and patient as we had to drive through west valley rush hour traffic. Towed my old truck for me when started to overheat on freeway. Fast response . Great and reliable

I was picked up within an hour and Caesar himself came to check it out. When I showed him my frayed fan belt and off-kilter belt idler pulley, he offered to tow me back home for $90 or a fix he could do for $150. He had his own scrap yard where he could use some materials (sadly, we still had to go to AutoZone since he didn't have the right ones). Still, he replaced both on the flatbed himself, and I was rolling witching twenty minutes. I ended up having to come him for the parts on top of the $150, but it was worth it. Caesar, the owner, was friendly, personable, and committed to doing right by me. I watched everything and I felt my car was in good hands. Horrible service, waited the 40min response only to get a call an hour later that he would not be arriving any time soon. Tech was almost at location but had to turn around since he forgot his toolkit and needed to buy one. How the heck do you forget the only thing you NEED to do your job. So i agreed to wait for another 45 min. I called an hour later only to find that the tech was still in Phx somewhere getting his tools. Per operator "it would be easier to call my roadside to get a different towing company if you need this right away" WTF.. really of course i needed right away, if i could wait i would've just drove to dealership to get a key...now waiting another 1hr for another towing company. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Called at 8:40 they said they'd be to my location within an hour. An HR and 15 min later the driver calls and says he got fiber glass all over him from a previous tow and he's goin home to shower and do we mind waiting an additional 30 min. Ok. An hour later we call him and he claims to be close, on the 303 and Northern, which is less that 10 min from where we are located. Another 45 min later the driver stopped answering his phone.
