We are stranded in 107 degree temperatures with a child and a dog. I called this company for a tow and was told that he didn't tow our specific vehicle. When I asked why he said "I just don't." We broke down.... On the 10 at mile marker 61. That's right.... We had to use mile markers to pinpoint our location. It was clear our beautiful 1960 Chevy Truck was expecting a piggy back home. Home was still almost 2 hours away. I called the first 2 tow companies on yp. I got an automated chickie on both asking me for my zip code.... I was at mile marker 61... How was I suppose to know the zip code. Needless to say I hung up. My 3rd call was to All Westside Roadside. A real human answered and asked me intelligent questions relevant to my situation... Thank you for that. We knew we were in for a hefty tow Bill. They came in right at what we expected. Our driver, Josh, was awesome. He called periodically to let us know where he was. Which helped keep us reassured someone was coming to rescue us. Timing being everything - we got to watch a beautiful Arizona sunset. Josh arrived after dark... Not his fault... We were at mile marker 61. He found us in the dark (our girl did not come equipped with hazard lights). He loaded our old girl onto the flatbed efficiently and with the care I would expect. He offered us bottled water and off we went...not into the sunset... As mentioned that was already gone. The 2 hour drive home was filled with shared stories and good laughs. When we arrived home he expertly lowered our truck into our driveway. I think he may have parked it better than we do sometimes. All-in-all, what could have been perceived as a nightmare to some was just another epic story for the yearbook. Life is what you Make of it.... I locked my keys in the car and called my insurance provider for roadside service. All westside roadside service arrived before the ETA (estimated time of Arrival) could start timing the trip! This is not my first time ever needing roadside service and I have waited 6hrs before on a busy highway for assistance so I was very impressed with All Westsides' arrival time as a start. When they arrived it took the technician 3 minutes to open the car and from doing some research on my own I recognized the tools they used and so I had further assurance that they were professional, skilled and properly equipped to handle the task. I would absolutely recommend them if you ever find yourself in need of roadside service. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Earlier today we ran out of gas at a rest stop before Tonopah. We realized we weren't going to make it to a gas station before we even got to the rest stop so we immediately started looking for a roadside service. We came across this one so we called. They said the driver would meet us at the rest stop so we waited. The driver called us about 15 mins in and he told us he was really hungry and he was going to stop by for something to eat and then go help us out. We were disappointed but agreed to wait because we had no other choice. Fortunately a nice civilian lent is some gas. We immediately called to cancel our service and we got greeted with rude gestures saying "you just made my driver go out there for nothing" wow. Little does he know his driver wasn't even in his way to help us. This place is a joke. We saved ourselves $145 for two gallons of gas. read more

Lance with dispatch and Josh our tow truck driver were great. We overheated on the side of the 10 about 15 /20 miles outside of tonopah tonight - Christmas. It was dark and we had our dogs in the car with us. They were prompt and friendly. Just what we needed after all the stress of a broke down car and semi's speeding past us. read more

I had an excellent experience with All Westside. They answered their phone promptly and had a tow truck to my location in under 20 min. They quoted me a price based on mileage and charged exactly what they quoted. They were friendly and professional. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do I will call them. read more

Let me begin on how poorly this entire company is ran. To begin, I blew out a tire a tire and the closest tire shop was 87 miles away. Naturally, tow company's will fit you do every cent you have. I was charged $5 a mile for 87 miles and that's business, i get it. They had a service very few people can provide and have a monopoly, that America, whatever. I couldn't care less about the charges, what i cared about was the lack of customer service. my insurance company got in touch with their dispatch around 11am. After a few more calls, we finally got everything arranged out and they said the earliest they can get there was at 2:30. I then got my own ride from a family member to the closest tire shop that was 87 miles away while I was on my way there I saw the tow truck that was coming to dispatch and pick up my truck at 2:30 still about an hour away from where the location of my truck was. I sat at the tire shop for about three hours until I finally called them to ask for an update they said they would call me back in five minutes. after 25 minutes and not receiving a call back I called them and they said they simply forgot. I told them I needed my truck as soon as possible because the tire shop closed at 5 PM. their response was oh I thought it closed at 6 PM, basically saying they didn't make my truck a priority. their solution to them running late and then messing up the pick up was to tell me the customer whose truck was in the back of their tow truck that they were going to go 87 mph to be able to get there on time. I thought this was a little bit ridiculous considering that my property was on the back of their truck and they said they're now going to break the law and go a dangerously fast speed and a large vehicle with another vehicle on the back of it. when I asked for an estimated time of arrival they told me they would be there at 4:59 PM one minute before the shop closes. after playing phone tag trying to figure out where my truck actually was and if it really was on its way. The driver then rolled up and proceeded to tell me how he broke at least 20 laws on the way here trying to get my truck there on time because he thought it was closing at 6pm originally. even after all this I was still charged full price. I totally understand they're running a business and like I said before this is America they have a monopoly and I will gladly pay the full price for a service that I'm not capable of performing, but please for the love of God work on your customer service I really hope that no one ever has to deal with The horrid customer service ever again. I will personally never use their services again and if I or to give advice about this company and whether people should use them or not I would tell those people to avoid it like the plague. read more

Very grateful for AWR. Coming back from Cali after a 4 day horse show towing 34 foot gooseneck loaded with show horses. Had a tire blow out 20 miles west of Tonopah at midnight in 30 degree weather. Called 4 other services in that area - none of which could be bothered to come out. We had all the equipment for the tire change just needed a little assistance to get it done given it was pitch black and in the middle of nowhere on the side of I-10. Our driver was awesome - polite, helpful and efficient. Poor guy was freezing his tail off and just handled his business. I dont remember the driver name but he was awesome and we are very grateful. We have their name saved in our phones! Thanks so much !!! read more

THIS COMPANY ROBBED ME! Yesterday, my son and I were traveling on the I-10E and ...my tire treading blew out on my vehicle. So we were stuck in the middle of the road next to the median. I called All Westside Roadside and Towing in the hopes of getting my spare tire placed on my vehicle. The owner told me the charge would be $50, and asked if I was sure I had a spare. I checked and told him yes. He said a gentleman would be there in 10-15 minutes. Although the driver was polite as he immediately took my $50 payment, unfortunately, he did not have any tools to put a spare tire on my vehicle. I thought this was odd for a company that specializes in "Roadside Assistance"! At any rate, he stated that he was unable to put on my spare, and that he could only tow my vehicle off the highway, but there would be no refund...tow or no tow since he tried to help! As a mom, I was devastated to know that my money was just taken with no service. He advised that he could tow me to a tire shop for $30 more dollars! I told him I didn't have anymore money, and he stated "Oh well, I can't do anything for you. This is a business! We can't just come out for free." I was upset and in tears as my son watched all of this, and we were still stranded. I couldn't believe that a company who claims to specialize in honesty and integrity would leave a mother and her son on the side of the road, or anyone for that matter!!! Thank God we were rescued by two gentlemen who bought us a new tire so we could get home after this company robbed me. I WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! read more
