The representative was very very nice, kind and helpful and the company handled this quickly, compassionately and professionally - and without making me wonder about the details. When the towing guy "Duane" came (very quickly!) - it was with good notice and communication. Duane was friendly, professional and fast. I was quoted an hour wait for a tow and made it very clear to my insurance provider AND the dispatcher that I was already low on gas. Instead, I waited over two hours in 112-degree heat with no communication, no updates, and no courtesy until I reached out. When I called to check on the status, I was met with immediate attitude. The tow truck driver, Mike, cut me off mid-sentence, told me it wasn't his problem, and dismissed my concern entirely...when all I wanted to let him know was about my gas concern so he could come prepared. To make matters worse, he didn't hang up properly and I overheard him mocking me (with his female friend who was riding along with him) for staying with my vehicle as if it was ridiculous for me to want to stay safe, in AC, and protect my property especially when I am not close to home and have no one to come get me. Regardless, it's my right. Delays happen. I get that. But the lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency in how I was spoken to is what makes this experience unacceptable. The entire time, both of them were smoking with lit cigarettes near me and the vehicle. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the driver at least correctly identified a missing cap on the shift linkage bushing so I could explain it to my mechanic. Still, that doesn't excuse the complete lack of professionalism, communication, or respect from start to finish. I would think twice before relying on this service. read more

We contacted Sun City Towing at 2 in the morning and Zach the driver contacted us immediately regarding our situation. We were out in the middle of the desert and Zach saved the day. He got our bus back to town after a 3 hour trip. I highly recommend Zach to tow anything. He is a driver that every tow truck company should have. Very polite, professional and an amazing driver. I was on a call when I had two blowouts at the same time in my 2005 Honda accord hybrid. The car doesn't come with a spare; just a pump kit with patches and glue all designed to keep the weight low for the hybrid to be efficient. Sun city was dispatched and within 30 min we were rescued and the car towed to our house. Good job with Josh he did an excellent job. Dad loves his work! Needed my SUV towed to BMW due to dead battery. BMW arranged towing with Sun City, and I immediately got a text telling me they had the job and would be here in 90 mins. Josh got here even faster than that, did a quick jump to get it started, and loaded and towed it to BMW. He was very nice and quick. Called for service they did not complete the job ,, they started at 11am no stars this company completely scammed me out of my money and service. they never showed up to location where the car was located. They went to complete opposite of the pinpoint drop that I sent them. The driver FaceTime my son. He was telling him where to go. He noticed that he was in the wrong area so the driver said oh no I see what you're saying turned around got himself. Stuck start cussing on FaceTime that he got his truck. Stuck never returned the call back after he dropped it to let us know that he was OK to let us know who can continue to get out the car to give us any updates and what was going on so I called the main office. They told me they will keep us updated that the car will be tow bit later time after they get their truck out because the driver got stuck. I waited and waited. No calls call several times. Finally, the lady at the main office told me that there's still trying to get their truck out and that they call my insurance and told they were not gonna complete the job but all the inconvenience since their driver took the wrong turn and got himself stuck. Customer was still have to be responsible and Insurance was gonna have to pay for the inconvenience of the tow company. I think they need to finish the job considering they did charge my insurance and that now I am not able to make another claim to use another tow company for another 72 hours because they were still paid for a job that they did not do, I told them I will meet them somewhere or have my son meet them exactly where the car was because obviously the guy was in the wrong area. He was not in the area where he was supposed to be. The car was parked right in front of a house via tree, the guy was in the area where there was no cars no trees no houses. I don't know where this guy was but he took a wrong turn and blame the customer for it and they still got their money and did not complete the job so now I'm gonna have to find a Truck go to the place my car at take pictures as I'm doing this so I can let her get back on here and take the pictures of a job that the Tow company could not do. It was very unprofessional for the driver to be cussing and yelling while he was on FaceTime to my son like he just got up early in the morning took a job was a little drunk and got stuck and blamed a customer for his poor driving skills.. it would've been professional of the company. I understand if they couldn't do it that same day obviously because our driver got stuck, but if they could've completed the job, even if it was the next day in the morning, considering that their driver did go to the wrong area and was being unprofessional on the phone for the courtesy of stressing the customer out that they could at least complete the job considering they still got paid.. Sun city towing did a great job helping my business get a large work truck relocated to another yard.(one phone call and the rest was easy) . They took on the job and even brought in a bigger truck to help move my work truck safer to its final location.. they took the proper time and equipment to get the job done right with a straight forward price and no games.
