For a food truck this truck can throw down. They serve burgers, tenders & killer onion rings. It definitely smells good when you walk up to this truck. Everything served from here is top notch plus your going to get great service everytime. Gotta try the cheeseburger you'll be back. If anything you got to get the jalapeño popper dog

Amazing food and service! The man who took my order was very kind and accommodating. I ordered a lot of food and it only took about 15 minutes to be ready. Plus there is a lot of space to sit and/or walk around. The onion rings are amazing and require NO sauce (unheard of for me). The Gym Burger was amazing as well and I love the gym sauce. I'll be back to try the frozen lemonades!

Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME burgers and fries! We decided to give this place a try on Saturday afternoon. The lady taking orders was extremely pleasant and greeted us as we approached the window. Asked if it was our first visit and shared which items were most popular. My Girls are real "Plain Jane's," so they opted for the kids plain burger meal with fries and a Capri Sun. Wifey went for the #5 Diablo Burger, which was insanely juicy, spicy and delicious. I gave the #1 El Gym Burger with bacon added a shot and was not disappointed. Burgers are smash grilled with a perfect crust from the griddle. We then shared an order of Pastor Fries that were out-of-this-world good, with al pastor meat, grilled pineapple, grilled jalapeño strips, melted cheese and a spicy habanero ranch sauce drizzled on top. If you're looking for a great burger, look no further than El Gym. Stop in to the "Gym" and give your tastebuds the workout they deserve.

The other person was doing food Non- stop line with 10 people in line....10-15 minutes to gat a refill. I don't know... People could've called in sick or whatever but this is really really poor service, or perhaps really poor planning. Do better!

They were happy to pour a little taste of any of the items on tap, which on this day were 7 beers - a Pilsner, IPA, brown ale, wit, DIPA, pumpkin ale and a wine hybrid. The set up pouring the beer directly from the large kegs was pretty cool to see, and the ones that I tried were very tasty, true to style, cold, and perfectly carbonated. Also glad to see some basic snacks and the covered patio area is a great setup. Beer snob disclaimer: I was disappointed that they do not do flights. Yes, providing the samples ensures you end up with something you like, but the reason I enjoy microbrewery so much is because I don't have to make a decision, but I can have a little selection at my fingertips. Also, flights are great for the things that you enjoy the flavor of, but don't want a 10 or 16 ounce pour of. That said, they did not have any heavier beers like port or stout, and the DIPA was maybe a little lighter than typical. I was also surprised that there wasn't even a single TV, especially on a Saturday college game day. Although I understand not necessarily making yourself a sports destination, most Breweries at least have one with no sound for checking in on the hot event of the day. It's also worth noting with new breweries and new technology that prices will match. $5 gets you a 10 oz pour, $7 for a 16 oz. They're doing great work here and have made a nice place. I will definitely make them a frequent stop.

I would love to pop by here after work and have a round or two, maybe an appetizer, and be on my way. Unfortunately this usually takes at least two hours. The servers have no sense of urgency and are woefully uninformed as to what the bar has stocked, what beers are available, or what items on the menu the kitchen is out of. Trying to order a simple shot of liquor took several trips of back and forth, and once I got my $10 shot, it was a comically small amount compared to the giant shot glass it was served in. Our server seemed to disappear for long periods of time, and when she did swing by, it was a brief check in of "y'all okay?" while continuing to walk past. Given that we had waited so long between check-ins, our table of four had several requests each time, but it felt like we were just holding our server up from something more pressing. Also even though it's currently 100+ degrees outside, they still don't pull the shades down over the doors to the patio that no one is utilizing, which causes the main dining room to heat up to the point it's miserable. I got up to use the restroom and literally left a sweat puddle on the booth seat because it was so hot and uncomfortable inside. Unfortunately the slow paced service, uninformed staff, and uncomfortable atmosphere far outweigh the food and beer. This evening was my first time in nearly six months to hit up Flyway, and I was quickly reminded why we tend to go elsewhere in the neighborhood. Which sucks, because I want to support local, but they make it so difficult!
