Man I've been going to this place for over 25 years.. it used to be in Rogers and then they moved to Lowell, and now at a second spot in Lowell. Absolutely love this place! I have had some burritos that were huge and amazing and my favorite thing of all is the steak quesadilla! Unfortunately, something has changed. Not getting that good steak anymore. I got a burrito last week and it was basically a pot roast burrito and heavy on the rice. I was sad .. I know the old man used to cook the stuff at the house and bring it to the trailer. I have seen him bringing in fresh stuff for lunch for years.. so I don't know, inflation, this crappy ass economy. I get it. But it's definitely not the same. I guess I will try the pastor. I got two of their steak street tacos, and a veggie burrito, cost me $10. I couldn't even eat it all it was so much food. It was delicious! The green sauce is tangy and little spicy and so good. The red sauce is hot, but flavorful, and also amazing. I will be going back as often as I can. I cannot recommend this place enough. So good. read more

We randomly ate at this food truck because it was near a flooring store we needed to visit. Best unexpected lunch ever! Seriously- this was hands down the best carne asada burrito I've ever had in my life. I know that's a huge statement to make, and there are plenty of scrumptious burritos to be eaten when we visit friends in California or my FIL in Mexico, but this one was sooo good that it made me forget all other previous ones I've eaten. The steak was juicy, the beans, rice and rest of the filling was perfectly proportionate, and the whole thing expertly folded and ready to be dunked into their delicious salsa verde. I've been going to this food truck for around 3 years? And I'm still not tired of it. Their food is seriously so amazing. The burritos are so big and packed with so many juicy flavors!! I've tried more of their food and I just can't get enough. I love coming here over and over! One time I forgot my card at home when I thought I had it with me and the man told me "it's okay. You come here a lot. You can pay next time you come" and that just blew my mind how he had so much trust in me just from coming to his food truck. It shows that they actually pay attention to their customers. Ever since then I've noticed they now take Apple Pay so even if I do forget my card again I can now pay with my watch or my phone! La Carreta is my favorite spot for Mexican in Northwest Arkansas. The Enchiladas and Burritos are the best I've had since I moved down to Arkansas. The prices are reasonable and they have a red sauce that always makes me sweat but taste's great with a burrito. I think the only thing I wish they had was chips and salsa/guac. If they added that to the menu I think it would be hands down the best for sure. I have this for my birthday dinner so you know it's good. read more
