Amazing food. Have to say for a small place in PSJ, the food and service are outstanding. They are so friendly. I had the carnitas. Street tacos. Just like Mexico. You have to try this place I know I only gave 4 stars! I only give 5 stars for totally outstanding restaurants. Believe me this place is great. Go enjoy.

I was skeptical walking in but the birria was the best tasting I've had in awhile. It wasn't overly greasy and bland, it had good flavor. The atmosphere is very casual and minimalist cafe style. Staff was really friendly

Absolutely loved the food and the service. If we were from this area, we would be return customers. We highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I are regular patrons of their sister restaurant in Titusville, so we were delighted to discover their new location in Port St.

This place looked good, but ended up being just ok…read more The guacamole, chips, salsa and queso were really good. My enchiladas verdes were just ok. Cojita cheese isn't my favorite. My coke came to my table flat. I told the server about the soda being flat but she didn't seem to understand what I meant and she came back with another flat coke. I took that flat coke inside to the bar and they offered me a sprite. I said if your machine is out of CO2 then it isn't going to make a difference. She said they could just do a sprite so I accepted a flat sprite...lol. Do people not know what makes the fizz in their drinks? My fabric napkin was also damp, like it got washed and didn't dry all the way. When I asked for a new one, no one ever brought it so I stole one from another table. We ordered a dessert and it came out twice. My friend had an alcoholic drink which she said had too many flavors going on and tasted bad. Her next drink she liked. All the waitstaff seemed flustered. I bet this place could be good but it was not their night when my friends and I came.

They were good-good, not life-altering, not "I just saw God," but definitely a respectable 4/5 situation. Like if someone said "let's go here," I would not fight it. I would in fact pull up. Margaritas were also in their era. One came out a little watered down but our waiter let us get it remade which was clutch. Actual redemption arc. Service... hmm. Not bad, not amazing, just kinda existing. Our server wasn't super warm but also didn't ruin the experience. Just vibes-neutral. Overall: come for the aesthetic, stay for a decent meal, leave satisfied but not spiritually transformed. There also was a cute cat outside if that means anything to you haha. Would I come back? If the squad is going, yes. Am I personally craving it at 2am? Not exactly.

Mostly Hits *Magic Chicken was good - if you're a local, El Tucan served a slightly better/fresher version of this dish. Still very good and happy to know where to find it locally. *Birria Tacos were good. Less salty than some of the ones we've had on the island, but less flavorful than some too. Right down the middle. *Service makes both lists since we had 2 and they were polar opposites of one another for us on our last visit. Definite Misses *Salsa was meh. Asked for their spicy salsa next and it was also meh. Not horrible, just ok. Chips were firm and less salty than we like. *Margarita...was not a margarita. It was 90% sour mix and a maybe a splash of something. It wasn't on the menu. When asked, we got a weird non-committal response on it from the server and we pretty much got what we expected when a Mountain Dew looking drink arrived in a beer mug with a straw. Might've been a premixed margarita or one of those malt liquor ones (like the cheap Fireball ones). *Service was spotty. We'll probably go back at some point and try some friend recommendations when we do - fingers crossed. We weren't upset with anything we tried, but we weren't wowed either. Lots of local choices to consider....
