Wow! We happened upon this little food truck tucked behind a brewery and what a find! I had the best carnitas quesadilla I have ever had. There was so much meat I could only eat half of it and the leftovers the next day were just as good. Highly recommend when in Redmond! read more

When I say this food hit the spot, that's an understatement. This is hands-down the best quesabirrias I've ever had. Basilio and Claudia are the best! And their food matches!!! The meat used for the carne asada is top grade, no match found yet. The Al Pastor is also excellent.
