Great staff. Made our birthday celebration fun. Food portions are huge! Large selection of food and adult beverages. Love the inside decor. Worth a visit!

A friend and I went for lunch recently and were pleasantly surprised. It's definitely a typical Americanized Mexican restaurant but the food taste and price quality was very nice! The service was also fast and efficient. The ticket time to get our food from the time of ordering was just what you'd need for a quick lunch, so that was an added bonus. I can't remember the name of my dish but it was basically grilled chicken breast covered in chorizo and then topped with cheese sauce. I also had them add grilled pineapple on top and served with rice - it was very good! I'd go back again and maybe even order the same thing.

Okay, our food tasted pretty authentic. I like the vibe cozy and friendly atmosphere. Fast service, Good for sports night as they have so many TV and lots of diff kinds of frozen margaritas. We were given chips and salsa for starters and the rest of the meal were tasty and good portions. We will be back. Happy tummy again!

Huge portion of chicken fajitas via DoorDash with no peppers by special order (which was fulfilled.)

I have a serious jinx on me that whatever I order, special order, straight off the menu, at the restaurant, delivery, or take-out, an item's missing or something's really wrong. Extra sauce? There's no sauce. I get a three course meal, I only get two courses delivered. That's in the last month. El Jinete got every.single.thing.right, substitutions and all, via DoorDash and delivered a MASSIVE portion of super flavorful chicken fajitas for $13.99 (I'm about to have my fourth meal,) including rice and refried beans, fresh chips and salsa. I asked for no peppers in the fajita veggies and that's what I got. (They're one of the few that allow for special instructions on DoorDash, which is nice especially if you have allergies.) My only complaint, which is a "good" one to have is they only gave me three of their yummy tortillas. No way that was enough for the massive portion. I also ordered an a la carte cheese enchilada for $3.25 and asked for a sour cream or cheese sauce and that's.what.I.got! And, with tons of sauce. This place is a new favorite.

Highway robbery. Good luck EJ. You won't get any more of my money.

Sadly, as good as this place is, we won't be going there anymore. They have added a customer service fee if you pay by credit card. I'll miss the margaritas but it's not the only Mexican place in Cincinnati. It's the principle of being nickeled and dimed these days. I don't do business with places that do this. If you want more money, raise the prices instead. We'll miss Raul.

Outdoors is no fun but the food is worth it.

Cinco de Mayo pandemic style, customers huddling close to stay warm waiting for our orders in this 48 degree night. Time to reopen Gov. DeWine these people are more likely to catch the flu standing in this cold. God bless the workers.

This place is a solid 3-4 stars for Cincinnati Mexican (which I struggle to find good spots). I've been here a couple of times and some visits have been better than others. The chorizo queso was very tasty. The quesadilla was fine and so was my beef soft taco. (Not the best I ever had, but very edible). Margarita was pretty decent.

A great place. Low turnover of staff, good food, nice bar, great people, and good prices. I recommend without questions.

I am normally not a fan of this restaurant at other locations but I will say this location might be…read morea bar above the rest. We sat at the bar and was greeted right away - they changed the way you order - the last time I was here I ordered what I wanted with a pen and paper this time I listed what I wanted to the waitress - I think I like the other way better as there is less room for error. I ordered the 1/2 order of chips with garden salsa (just a fancy way to say verde salsa) it was delicious and the chips were perfectly crisp and salty. I also got a build your own taco with the ranch seasoned shell and the chicken ( I wasn't a huge fan of the chickens texture). The price is realtivley cheap and I like how this location on the weekend has specials that cater to the crowd of the banks like 2 for 20$ margarita flights. The inside was clean enough and the bathroom wasn't the worst I have seen.

I ordered this chicken burrito that's supposed to be their big item to go. When I cut into the…read moreburrito, the entire thing exploded they did not seal it properly. There was absolutely no queso inside the burrito. There was cheese that wasn't even melted. I don't know how that's possible when you make a burrito unless it's stuff that's been sitting around forever, which would be my guess I've ordered in Columbus and in Cleveland from this restaurant never been impressed. I hope Barrio comes to Cincinnati in the banks someday. The shredded chicken tasted great! But I didn't ask for a half pound of shredded chicken with some tomatoes and lettuce. You guys gotta figure this kitchen stuff out.
